After only a few sessions, I can honestly say working with Eric has been one of the best investments of my life.
I have been dealing with chronic hip pain for the past 4 years and have tried everything... multiple chiropractors, multiple orthopedics, acupuncture, massage, other body work folks. If you're lucky enough to live near Eric and have any body issues, book an appointment.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Justin K.Burlington, VT07Jan 4, 2019
Cured my back pain and posture problems! As a tall athlete with a desk job, I had years of tightness, poor posture and low back pain. Eric's sessions targeted both specific pain areas and overall loosened and straightened my entire body. I've never felt so physically free as walking out of his sessions! The results are evident in this photo of me: I am upright, supple and pain free. I am forever grateful to know Eric exists. He goes beyond just the structural aspects too, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to truly create a holistic healing. In a world where 100 million Americans suffer some form of postural-related pain/problems, I 100% recommend Structural Integration.

Eric Silvers knows what he is doing. He is not just a massage but so much more. His techniques are intense, but while he is working on you, you realize that it is a most wonderful intensity that your body needs. He knows anatomy in a way where he works with you to actually fix pain or drastically reduce chronic issues, instead of only temporarily making you feel better. Through proper alignment and recommended stretches he has helped me drastically reduce knee pain induced from running. I had thought I was done running but have been able to continue with it after seeing Eric. He also completely fixed sacrum pain that I dealt with for about a year by teaching me better posture. I could not recommend Eric more.

Had my first appointment yesterday and immediately signed up for a bundle more. Eric impressed me with his professionalism and skill. He explained the process really well, effectively identified structural issues in my body with steps for me to resolve each, and then addressed the two major issues with table work and bench work that was collaborative and felt really impactful. I'm excited to see what results from the coming appointments, so far I feel like we're on the right track and I'm really delighted.

Not only is this a great deal considering the market price for rolfing, but I got a sense of Erics work ethic and focus when I asked him an off topic question during the session. He responded by saying that while he would like to chat, he needs to be listening to and focused on the body to ensure he does a good job. I respected this big time. As a serious athlete, the work that he did was immensely helpful in opening up my hips and I can do the pigeon stretch without knee pain for the first time in over a year thanks to the mobility that he created over two sessions. Thanks Eric, I hope to be back in the area soon!
