Simple the best! I've been going to Dr. Sony for years for touch ups. He knows my skin and exactly what I need to look refreshed. The staff used to be really pushy with products and procedures, but now the girls are so adorable and sweet. Of course they reccomend certain items, but get it when I'm not interested. There's no other place I'd go!

Here today. Really hate to give this place a bad review. Been coming for years. Never had problem w the doctor. He s incredibly nice. But the staff here. Omg. So pushy. I came in and don't even know how many units Botox I need. And she s already assuming I need 60 already . On top of other things.

Why can't he hire staff that are a bit more educated.

I ll keep my review for this visit at this. Next few months I ll come back and see. If it gets worst. I ll decrease it to 1 Star. If better I ll increase.

I used to come to this place and was very pleased with the service. However, the last time I came in, it was under new ownership.It is now owned by a husband and wife. Supposedly the husband is a doctor and the wife is an estethecian.

I decided I will still give it a try. What a horrible experience!!! The lady doing my facial kept getting up to answer the phone. Another lady who worked there came into my room during my facial and chatted with the lady doing the facial! It was not a relaxing experience at all.

The lady who did my facial kept trying to "upsell" me on crap. She asked if I wanted lipo, asked if I wanted to purchase some "special" cream that cost $170, to remove my brown spots. Asked if I wanted to remove this and that. The list goes on and on.

I found the people who worked there to be rude. Definitely not coming back again after my experience. This place flat out sucks.

0 Stars if I could. This place is honestly awful. Service is horrendous, and all their files are disorganized. The doctor who does the treatment isn't gentle with it (I came for a laser acne treatment and chemical peel). My mom was with me and the receptionist was telling her about an acne wash bottle and medication tube, but got the prices mixed up. So we bought the medication thinking it was the cheaper of the two, but she called us back when we got home telling us to come back and pay more money because we paid for the wrong thing. Shouldn't you know which item we paid for??? The next day I came back to return it, I didn't want any of their products and the same lady says "oh I don't have the key into the money box, but you can leave the medicine here" super unprofessional, 10/10 would NOT come here again.

You're right. Ivy has no business professional and moral ethics of any kind. Too bad, I wanted to be back to have Dr. Truong help me with my skin but the lady Ivy is an obstacle for me to go there.
She sells services like people sell food in the carnival. She needs to have a formal training from American school how to deal with customers, or do business in America.

Terrible place. Not sure how they are still in business. Got Botox there and it lasted for 1 month vs 5 months at my normal place. Gave them another show and got a Fraxel which made my look like a monster for a week with no results at the end of it. I was shocked.
Also the doctor's wife who runs the front office is so slimy trying to push products and upsell in a disgusting way. Super low class woman with no ethics or morals. Gross!

I went through the reviews on this place and notice that most of the negative ones have been flagged or "not recommended" because the reviewer doesn't have enough review history. Well.. let me tell you something.. THEY'RE ALL RIGHT.

I went here with a friend of mine because she wanted moral support and my opinion on a mini tummy tuck. My friend, who does daily yoga and in top notch shape, wants to have a mini tummy tuck because she has 2 kids and her stomach just didn't go back to the way it was. So of course, I agree and go with her to her appointment with Dr. Truong. We get there, the lady in the front, Ivy I believe is the name, greeted us and right away, was extremely sweet talking in a fake two-face sort of way. So, being on bolsa and being used to this sort of thing, we go on and consult with the doctor. My friend tells him her concerns and questions, and in turn, he gives her an answer that doesn't make any sense and tries up-selling her with stuff she doesn't need. NO she doesn't want to get collagen fillers under her eyes, NO she doesn't want botox, NO she doesn't want another boob job, NO she doesn't want and mini face lift, AND NO you shouldn't be asking ME if I want to have my eyes done. Wth?

Omg. So the consultation is over, the doctor asks us to go speak to the lady in the front about pricing, so we did. We sit down, she stares at us like she's trying to read us, and write down on a piece of paper ALL of the procedures that they tried up-selling and we didn't want. We tell her we only want the price for the mini tummy tuck, she tells us its cheaper if we do everything together. Wtf? We didn't want any of it lady! OK, so she finally gets the hint and gives us the price for the mini tummy tuck, $4200. REALLY? not only is this an outrageous price for a simple procedure, she then tells us to give her half of the cost as a deposit, $2100 in cash, so she can book my friend for the next day. Do you think we're stupid lady? Even if we were dumb enough to listen to you, who the hell carries $2100 in cash around? So, we try to be polite, and my friend tells her she needs to talk to her husband first, the lady tells her that she doesn't need to ask her husband and it's "only" a $4200 procedure so no need for permission. My friend tells her it's important that she talks to her husband first and besides she has no cash so the lady asks my friend what bank she has and she'll look up the nearest bank. At this point, my blood is bubbling. I tell my friend let's go we don't need this shit and as we get up, the lady said ok that fine just put $1000 deposit because we looked tired. Lol. Speechless. We completely ignored her and walked out the door.

So. If yelp allowed 0 stars, I'd give this place -5 stars. Completely unethical, greedy, money hungry, unprofessional and ignorant people who run this place. They don't care about their patients, they only care about every penny they can squeeze out of them. Don't go here. I hope everyone considering going to this place reads all the bad reviews so they won't waste their time being pressured to do something they don't want to do and regret it for the rest of their lives.

This is an update on my daughters acne laser treatments that ended in June 2011. I spent $2000 on the acne package which included 8 laser treatments, 4 facials, and 4 chemical peels. I noticed my my daughter was depressed from her acne her so I bought this as an early graduation gift. IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

* first off the receptionist who is the doctor's wife will try to sell you things you don't need and is very fake
*they are very horrible at scheduling. My daughters appointments were always moved or pushed to a further time or day without notice.
* MOST IMPORTANTLY my daughters face did not improve at all. Not one bit.
* my daughter complained that the lady who did her facial was on the phone with her divorce lawyer during one of her facials.
* the doctor is a nice guy but should stick to liposuction not face work!

Don't go here!!!! This place is very unprofessional, no integrity, bad reputation, and unethical!!! This place charged me $1500 for Cosmelan treatment when the going rate should only be $600. This Dr. ruined my face and promised to give me a refund then changed his mind. We finally settled in small claim and court ordered him to refund half back. The wife promised that she woud send the check out in a week then didn't do it. We ended up calling the police at the store and she still refused to cut a check. Police said this place is bad business and police happened to be there a few times already. Bottom line is don't go here.. you will regret if you do.

They are such a liar. Never go here!!!!!! They said you will look great and it wont hurt right after the lips enlargement. My GF said it hurt like hell and she had to stay home for a week cuz her lips looks like a hot dog. They are such a big fat liar and want to take your money!!!! Please don't go here........ I just wanna slap their face cuz they wasted a week of our vacation.... SLAP SLAP SLAP Them..THEY SUCK!!!!!
