I'd give zero stars. Was supposed to pick trash up to begin service on a Monday; it wasn't picked up. Tuesday, I called and was told they were there at 6:50 am, but the trash wasn't put out. Which, was a lie. I put it out Sunday night like I always do. A few days later I was told it would be picked up when they had a chance. Had a chance? No more correspondence from them so I told them to come get their can, I'm not doing business with them. Called Anchor and they were right out before the end of the day!

I've been a customer of Carolina disposal back when it was Sharon Waste. Never had an issue with Sharon but since it's been Carolina Disposal there have been many instances where our neighborhood trash was never picked up. This last problem has lasted some of November and almost the last 4 weeks of December. My trash cans have been at the street for 12 days as of today. I had another trash company stop by on Monday and had to switch over to him so my trash could be picked up. I've called, emailed and left messages and emails about picking up my old cans. 3 days still haven't heard from anyone or can't get in touch with anyone.

Wish I could give this company negative 5 stars. Service is terrible, my trash cans are overflowing! Supposed to pick up twice a week, I'm lucky if they picked up twice a month. They're quick as hell to cash in those payments though. January can't come soon enough to dump this company! (Pun intended)

No pickup on scheduled days. Does not communicate about issues with pick up. Does not refund for missed days. Thursday pick up skipped before Christmas with no communication.

I had been with Sharon Trash Services until Caroline Disposal took over. Never had a problem with Sharon Trash - had nothing but problems with Carolina Disposal. Poor service - so I went from 2X a week to !x a week. Horrible service. Finally canceled. It took me a couple of months or more to get my prepaid money returned for unused service. I thought that they short changed me - no! they charged me a $25.00 cancellation fee! They broke the contract - not me, and yet I paid for them to cancel horrible service!!!??? Really poor business. I did not sign any agreement with them - they just started to pick up Sharon Trash routes- and yet I paid to get rid of them.
