96.3 WHHH-FM

This station is really kind of goofy. It's a top 40 hip hop and R&B station, so you can expect to hear the same songs over and over and oooover again, all of which will be highly over-produced hip-pop (I don't know if that's a term, but it should be). But if you have a secret affinity for this music, as I do, you might enjoy listening now and then. Another thing I love about this station is the "ghetto horoscopes" that they read sometimes, which invariably leave me in stitches, and I love to hear the rest of the station cracking up as well.

Despite the relative silliness of most of the music, which really is very booties-and-bling oriented, I also have to respect the community involvement of the station, most notably their annual Women's Empowerment series in March.
