Called this morning 10am ordered part, got firm price, they know who I am.
I'm told the article will be at store after 3pm. NO part and no part is ordered "what's the problem" afternoon service asks me to reply whom is it I had spoken to my reply is "What's wrong with me I should believe you have competite people working here." There's a woman working here that is not helpful at all. At least from my questions to her. Needed help finding a brake line. She kept saying go to the dealer we don't have what you need. Your a auto parts store, your job is to sell and I would hope help your customers. You want them to come back, right. But she must have been helping someone else she was on her phone a lot.

2nd time at an Advance in 2 days. Visited the one on Lake St. Monday for front pads, came to this location for rears. The staff was friendly enough and helpful enough but I recommend going online to know EXACTLY what you want before heading to the store. They'll offer the one or two most expensive types first, which may make it seem like those are your only options. I knew what I wanted, so was able to tell him which to sell me. Online will even tell you which stores stock the parts you need. I like Advance. They're priced competitively, and since I don't really need help or advice from them, prices and inventory are all I'm concerned with.

This is by far the best parts store in the area. The employees are actually knowledgeable about vehicles and can give you quality advice. They have helped me out on 3 occasions going above and beyond so I could fix my car/truck. A guy named Kenneth works there and is very knowledgeable and willing to help.

I've been to that location on many occasion. To be owner of 3 cars there is always something needed. I usually place my oder online and pick up in store cause they have online coupons you can use. Anyways staff is always great no matter what problem you may have. They are helpful and manager knows what he's doing. Bought more than $2000 at that location since they opened up. I had to replace set of defective rotors and pads after a year and no question asked. Make sure you bring defective parts first for swap or you may have to purchase new parts and get refund when bringing defective parts. They take used motor oil which is a plus. I never had problems with their service. Always welcoming. Good job ladies and gentlemen at advance auto parts.

Worst service today picking up simple brake parts. They gave us parts without brackets, incorrect parts in the wrong box, the sent us to the wrong store who did not have the parts after they called. It has never taken over 4 hours to pick up parts and 3 trips for a basic brake job. Ended up having to purchase elsewhere on the first trip. Will not be giving this store any more of our business & will be telling all of our friends about this horrible experience.
