We were on vacation. Car battery died. Drove to O'reileys. Guy inside was ready to sell us a battery, but suggested professional installation. We are on vacation approximately 400 miles away from home without our tools. Anyway, called Advanced Auto parts. Dave answered and said that yes they install and yes they had our battery in stock. He met us outside to check the battery gave us 3 options and installed. Don't waste your time at O'Riley. Call Dave, he'll meet you outside and fix you up fast!

My service engine soon light has been on so I went to advanced in Foley and the young man came out and tested it and it was my gas cap. Bought a new gas cap and reset the service engine light. I am off and running in under five minutes!!! Top notch service!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They don't sell you things you really don't need. We purchased a battery and they installed it. Were going to have new wiper blades put on ,but they said ours were still good. They told us the best place to look at tires when we need them.

I am down in Alabama on vacation, I live 900 miles away, while here my headlight went out. I came to advanced looking for a new headlight and I asked the staff here if they knew where I could get the new one installed. Originally they told me they were not allowed to do it. I asked them again where could I get it installed, the gentleman helping asked his boss if he would do it for us and he refused. I asked the gentleman helping us again if he knew where I could get it done. He insisted, against his bosses orders that he would help. Midway through his boss came out scolding him for helping. But Billy bob ignored him and continued on with what he was he successfully installed out headlight and for that I am grateful. The only reason I cannot give them five stars is because of the rude management and his refusal to offer help.
