Coming from Winthrop, the casino is quite a drive. You drive through a remote highway, but once you get there, the casino is impressive for the location. There is ample parking for vehicles including RVs.The gaming floor is well lit (brighter than most) and clean. Staff are present making their rounds and emptying ashtrays. There is a non-smoking section, but on a Monday night you can sit in smoking and not be bothered by smoke.

The casino/hotel has both great and some not so great things. I will break them down separately I. Hopes to make this review more fair.

      Hotel:
      Pro:
Priced average, very clean, duvet on the comfy bed.
Huge shower in the premium king rooms.
Con: check in was frustrating. Most hotels at 3pm.... This one at 4pm. We arrived at 2:30 and the lady was not helpful. She told use to check back at 3pm as "someone may let you in early". We did come back and there was a whole new crew that was super helpful. Towels are heavily bleached and kinda rough on the skin. Maybe less bleach and more softener??

      Casino:
      Pro:
diverse group of machines: spaced out well: tables in the center and easy to access.
Con: cigarette smoke was horrible! Most tribal casinos on the west side have gone smoke-free.

Loggers Club: it's a sports bar. We ordered we got served right away, she was willing to try and make my drink (French 75) ... she did pretty good! The old fashioned was perfect! Food was okay.

All in all - I would come back again.

Was told on phone check in at 3p. Was told at desk check in at 4p. Room not ready until after 4:30p.

Wi-Fi is crippled. Seems they want to treat us like children. Can only surf 'safe' sites.

Thermostat crippled. Room can't get warm enough. Guess what Omak Casino Hotel? If we turn the shower on high, and let it run for hours, the room heats up. And that's gotta cost you more than just letting us turn up the heat in our rooms!

Wanna treat people like children? Don't expect us to come back!

Right from check in was unbelievable wanted to charge us 25 dollars for early check in .Room was clean and ready for us BUT they wanted 25 dollars this was at 3pm so went for a beer came back 30 minutes later and now its okay BS drove 5 hours not good business.
Room was not cleaned properly drains were clogged with hair.We moved to 3 different rooms in 2 nights .Spent over 400 dollars and only won 8 dollars one time ??at the slots .They charged us one night and we were not even there .Checked out at 7.30am didn't stay the night ??.Casino smoke is super strong no none smoking area at all.The only good thing about this casion is leaving. There is more to add to this review but thinking we made our point .Save your money go else where. And this was our Golden anniversary celebration . This was just last week May 18 2023

So like to stop over on my way into Canada as the parking lot is huge and I drive a 45' bus with a boat in tow... lol

Had dinner in "Camas" which is the nicest they offer..
I had a Caesar salad, Salmon and A great Martini. Food was prepared well. Caesar is no tossed of anything fancy but it was a6 out of 10. Service was as expected, super nice but sparse. Zero music snd all you hear are the quiet voices from the very few other dinners they had this Sunday night.

So Monday I went inside to grab some breakfast and all I could find open was their little takeout cafe. No big deal so I order a bacon eggs and cheese biscuit.
So the guy that took my order say of give me about 10 min. And walks around back and starts cooking!
Anyway turns out to be arguably the BEST breakfast sandwich I've ever eaten!

The place was spotless and the casino looks like it has just been redone. Beautiful inside.

Hotel itself was beautiful, staff on the other hand was an absolute disaster! We stayed her 3 days. On our third day, we left 8am and returned 6pm to an untouched room from housekeeping, even though we requested fresh towels. We went to the hotel front desk and spoke with Regina. This employee was beyond rude and stated "housekeeping had left for the day and what did I want"? Her attitude was the worst I had ever dealt with. I again requested for towels to be brought to the room, or put us in a room that had fresh linens. She refused the new room for us and said she would see what she could do. I left the desk beyond upset with being treated so poorly by Regina. We gambled another few hours and returned to our room where whoever had to place clean towels in our room also decided to also turn the temp down so we walked into a VERY cold room. Finally-I spoke to Regina again-and insisted on a new room as I felt uncomfortable not knowing what else they may have done in/to our room. There was no higher management there to talk to. I have never in all the Casino hotels I've slept in, been so disrespected and treated so poorly and rudely. We will not be returning. I hope management sees this-looks up how much we spent there and decides if RUDE REGINA should really be at the front desk. Wow. Just wow.

We have family and friends that live in Omak and instead of staying at one of their houses we like to stay at the 12 Tribes Casino and Hotel.
The front desk women her name is Regina i believe was so nice when we checked, she was the only one checking people in with a line of people, she did awesome.
The room was great big and roomy. We stayed 2 nights on one of the days we played in the pool with the kids and they had fun its always fun to go swimming when theres snow on the ground.
I always make sure the kids play nice in the pool for other people and NOT to run outside the pool, my kids are good about listening, but maybe the hotel needs to look in about changing the floor around the pool area because running or just walking the floor is slippery. My niece was just walking to the bathroom and slipped. She didnt hurt herself but if someone else isnt paying attention to their children and they run in there it can be a different story

First off, the cigarette smoke that permeates the property is horrible here. Whether you're a smoker or non-smoker, it's a problem. Even in our 4th floor suite, furthest room from the casino floor, we couldn't escape the perpetual ash tray aroma!

Appearances can be deceiving too. Online our suite looked high end. Although it is very spacious and the views of the surrounding hills facing West are stunning, the biggest problems are cleanliness, attention to detail and staff apathy.

Our check in experience was awful. Extremely slow front desk staff. They had us come back twice because the cleaning crew was slow and our room wasn't ready to only be told in the end that "well I guess we could put you in the other suite that has been available all day." Unbelievably low level of customer service.

Once we finally had the keys to our suite, the train of dissatisfaction kept on rolling! Although the room is large and views are cool, so many details were off.

      - we filled a coffee cup with water to take drink and discovered the black coffee cup hadn't been washed as the water we poured ourselves tasted faintly like coffee. Clearly they don't change out the mugs between guests. Gross!

      - ironing board but no iron in the room

      - big closet, but no hangers

      - half used roll of TP but no backup roll for a 2 night stay. We're rationing squares up in here!

      - erratic spray from on the bathroom faucets

      - a few hairs leftover in the jet tub, guess we won't be using that this trip

You're probably thinking at this point, did we tell the staff about this? The answer is yes and we were told that someone would be coming up the room to address these concerns, that was about 16 hours ago and we're still waiting.

Save your money and stay somewhere else, there's nothing sweet about this suite.

      Nice view

"You have to be actively playing to charge your phone," said one of the casino staff that walk around outnumbering the patrons 3 to 1. It would seem, as they harass and endanger unfortunate patrons financially on the casino floor. I just lost $50 in 30 minutes of play and realized i should have not gambled on winning or getting over 90 seconds of charge on my cell phone a lifeline necessary for possible continued play, via cash app, pay pall, or possibly a ride out/away from this unfortunate abomination of chance, one that leaves its unfortunate victims with nothing not even a few minutes of peace, thankfulness, or concern for the health/safety one might find helpful or necessary for dealing with the shock of being thrown to the wolves and or to perhaps recover from the shock of not even getting a safe place to wait for one's party to finish being financially and psychologically assaulted then told to get out regardless of the potentially deadly extreme temperatures found regularly in north east Washington State, but apparently as you enter the casino and read the regulations or rules set forth by management and finding nothing about the unwritten rules members of the staff apparently have hidden from the public view or simply make up as they find necessary to justify their superior regulatory and personal mission to achieve their sadistic pleasure, of watching those who pay their wages, those that give all for the extremely unlikely chance of leaving, with more cash then they arrived with, squirm and walk if necessary making impossible any and all potential communication this casino's victim might want to make instinctively for ones survival. I personally doubt there is any policy or procedure that would guide or mandate the casino staff to not allow its unfortunate patrons any human dignity, or at minimum understanding that some human beings could find offense to being subjected to unwritten rules that border on criminal disregard for the well being and safety of the human beings that require a bare minimum helping hand from the basic theft like chances or lack of chances found when stranded or left to the hospitality or hostility of the managing dictators that wield thier authority like a weapon to cause potential harm and most likely a law suit against themselves personally and this facility one day as they enforce their potentially dangerous or unnecessarily hostile regulations against the most unfortunate patrons who may have lost everything just to be singled out and systematically subjected to abusive and eventually dangerous inhumane procedures with little to no thought of the safety or liability undermining this facility as it inherited the likely chances that one day a patron will be harmed by its lack of clear and responsible mission statement, proper policies and procedures put in place to increase the likely survival chances of any and all guests or liabilities within the premises of the 12 Tribes Omak casino... .
