"Saints is a very well run gym and has friendly and knowledge instructors. They have trained many champions in this gym and their classes will give you both a full body work out and teach you a skill if you wish to become a fighter. They teach a variety of styles in the gym including thai boxing, western boxing, kick boxing and MMA. This gym started off in Pitts in the university grounds, but with a growing following it branched out in early 2001 to Mutley where it has blossomed. A threat of a new gym opening close by has put pressure on the club but hopefully the loyal following this gym has will keep it going."
