"A reasonably priced hotel with a friendly welcome and a good breakfast. It is quite old fashioned, as you might expect for a seaside B&B. It is off the main street in Gt Yarmouth, so close enough to get to everything, but far enough away for it to be quiet. If you have a drink in the bar, it feels like you are sat in someone's living room!!"
