"Dr. Sanchez is a close-minded old man. He will NOT listen to feedback from the patient. His nurse assistant is just as hardnosed--shaking her head and sniffing. Both of them are arrogant, condescending and rude. I was there for a followup visit for pain (and in pain) and he was stonefaced and uncaring. Find a pain doctor who will listen to and work with the patient to find the right treatment. Stay away from this doc."
