I was very happy with my experience. I got seen the same day and everyone involved seemed to actually care about not only my problem but how I felt. Took the extra time to talk to me help me through my problem.
I had lab work done and it was quick and very simple. Got results next day and got what I needed at the office. I was given very good instructions that even i could fallow. ( I'm the type to throw assembly instructions away and do it myself)
They even set me up with a specialist and all I have to do is show up on time.
I actually recommend this place to two people already

Looking for this? It could be marked a bit better. Maybe better signage. It's in one of the 2nd level suites in the large building that has the Container Store. There's an entrance, stairs and elevator on the corner of the building facing the parking lot. I had to use the elevator today which is one of the reasons I needed to see a doctor. :(
Wow! In and out in 20 minutes including my 2 minutes waiting in the waiting room. What?!?? I set up the appointment about 2 hours prior all online and it was easy.
Zoom. Check.
Good vibe when you walk in. Feels clean, bright, focused, calm. Quick check in with the person at the desk. Doctor and I speak at the same rapid fire so our speed and energies worked well! (That part is just sheer luck as I didn't know her before.) Now that I met this doctor I would definitely go back.
My injury today was pretty straight forward once she talked me through what it was and wasn't and why. She tested muscles and had me use my mobility and strength to show her what was working and what wasn't optimal. She answered many of my unasked questions too. I didn't have to ask because she anticipated so many of them! (Again, this is another reason I'd go back to see her if I need a doc quick and last minute.)
They even have some prescription and OTC meds there so you don't have to make another stop!!!
This is not my first ZoomCare appointment but this one was my best one so I felt compelled to review the location and doctor.
Care. Absolutely.

Talk about a rip off! $675 to get my nose bleed stopped. I asked several times what the office visit cost was....$180. I received a bill for $300! I would not have walked in the door had I known they were charging me for a new patient visit. On top of that $375 to numb and cauterize my nose. total bill $675. check before you visit these scam artists. My nose kept bleeding so I have to go back the next day too.

I'm sorry, am I hallucinating?
Things I did in under one hour:
* Made a Zoomcare account
* Made a Zoomcare appointment
* Saw a Zoomcare doctor
* Left with Zoomcare antibiotics
They even greeted me by name when I walked in the door, like in freaking commercials. It was wild. I've never had a clinic experience like this one. I'm almost excited to get sick again so I can see if it was a fluke.
In short, wow wow wow.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0Business owner information

Oy these other people are upset at the rules, not the practitioners.
I'm wondering if either of these people have a medical background when she says "A real doctor wouldn't do that..." or when he uses the word "incompetent" to describe a PA. Wow. Those are incredibly ignorant, ridiculous things to say.
You have to be on time for Zoom appointments. Anything over 5 minutes is late and ruins the visit for the next person. That is how they stay on time. This is just to be considerate to everyone else who made an appointment.
When you're rude, or hostile, even if you are sick or feeling bad, and even if it is met with kindness, you can't expect the person you are trying to see to break the rules for you and/or not defend his coworker who is taking the brunt of your hostility.
This (obviously) older gentlemen that assumed his PA was young and incompetent because his wife did not get another week long course of the same antibiotic is also speaking from total ignorance. First, it takes quite a while to get a PA degree, so the practitioner couldn't have been that young. Second, this PA was medically trained and educated and probably had a very good reason to not prescribe another week's worth of the same antibiotics that hadn't solved the problem with a seven day opportunity. Third, specialists, of course, will write for long term doses based on very specific reasons not addressed in urgent care. Fourth, Zoomcare sends the results of labs and xrays to the patient's email account. Chances are your wife didn't have the correct email entered on her profile, or she didn't check it or know that. Fifth, patients are able to actually access their entire medical record through the Zoom app and their account. So you could've just had your wife log on and look at it you really weren't contacted. And sixth, verbal permission is very much against HIPAA and not a real thing. Seventh, Zoom treats based on evidence based medicine (labs, cultures, test results, diagnostic criteria). If they didn't give you a long term dose of Doxycycline, you probably didn't need it.
Anyway, I just hate that such nice, smart people are taking this kind of criticism. I also really like this company and wish every healthcare facility worked like they do.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Tavia P.Lebanon, OR361Nov 11, 2020
If you need urgent care do not go here. They did not consider it very urgent when my baby sister cracked her head open while we were shopping and needed stitches and said that she would have to wait to be seen awhile because they had flu shots to give soon and they thought the gash was not that bad even though it was very scary for my family and blood was gushing everywhere from her deep gash. We immediately left and went to the urgent care across the street and were treated with much more urgency and consideration and taken more seriously so if it's at all an emergency or something more serious than a flu shot I would recommend not wasting your time here and going there instead so you don't have have even more stress added during an emergency.

PA Allison Ehrlich was smart, friendly, quickly assessing a tricky diagnosis. I'm 52 and as each day passes I'm more and more grateful for the chance to stumble into talented people like her. Moving forward, Allison Will be my first choice for urgent care.

This place is awesome. Being a young adult, going to the doctor is kind of a luxury for not necessarily the right reasons. I'm used to a long long wait, an expensive co pay, and then having to drive to pick up my prescription. Not here! All within an hour I managed to download the app, make an appointment, see my doctor, and even leave the office with antibiotics. So happy!
My doctor listened to my concerns and we talked about my options and she even offered to write me a doctors note before even having to ask! The receptionist was also very friendly and professional.
I'm glad to have found a place I can comfortably go back to without having to stress about anything!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I made an appointment for my 6 year old to get checked out (she's had a cough and fever for several days now). I got a call an hour before the appointment and all they said in the message was to call them back. I called them back, and after being on hold for a while, it directed me to voicemail. I left a message, and then tried calling back a few minutes later but didn't get an answer. I drove in with my kid at her appointment time, only to be told that they currently can't see anyone who has either a cough or a fever. OK, fair enough, with the Coronavirus being a big deal right now. The front desk person said a couple times that she had left me a message. But why couldn't she have said "hey, we can't see you if you have a cough or a fever" in the message, saving me and my kiddo a trip? Very frustrating and just plain bad service. I won't be going there again.

Had an outstanding experience here. Developed a severe headache, swollen gums, and had nerve sensitivity in my upper jaw area. I was a bit nervous that it was a Sunday and my regular doctor and dentist offices were closed. I thought I could get by until Monday with using Orajel and taking Ibuprofen and Tylenol.
Well it got to a point where neither subsided the severe pain. I then quickly checked near by urgent care offices that were actually open on Sundays which are few and far between.
Called my insurance and learned that not only could I go to this provider but that they were in network and would be billed the same whether they submit the claim as primary care or an urgent care visit. What that meant to me? No co-pays other than medication.
I went there and was greeted by a spacious neat and clean studio with welcoming staff. Met with a Certified physician assistant that provided top notch medical care complete with diagnoses, how it may have been contracted, and a prescription for antibiotics that I was able to purchase on the spot.
This option worked for me because I was able to begin taking the meds immediately without having to travel to and wait on a script at the pharmacy.
After two days on antibiotics I'm feeling way better the swelling virtually back to normal and I am no longer needing to take the pain relievers that I did before the visit. I would totally become a patient here in the event I'm not able to get to my regular doctor. Since they are in network I may just utilize their services for ancillary needs - I'm a runner.
This type of healthcare is very high tech and scheduling an appointment is done online via computer or smartphone. You don't just walk in like you would at an ER or some doctor offices to make an appointment. If you've never experienced this type of healthcare I would highly recommend giving them a try.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information
