We've been going to zimmies for the last decade. Great family owned business. The best compliment I believe you can give an auto garage is trustworthy. Zimmies is honest and trustworthy. The work they do is quality and they stand by it. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been taking my family's vehicles to Zimmies for more than 30 years. They are a wonderful, family-owned, business. Their prices are fair and their service is top-notch! Highly recommend!

This old chunk of coal has been taking his vehicles here regularly for many years. The job always gets completed on time and they're always up front with me about options and cost. I like to watch TV.

Got some tires for my Toyota 4Runner they're going a few years back dealt with the owner don't remember his name honest man great service and honest pricing.

Back when I had my old Chevy Cavalier I went to Zimmies for two different repairs. Both times I went the staff was wonderful and treated me and my car with the upmost respect. They gave my heads up on possible problems in the future and the one time something broke as they were repairing my car and they fixed it right then and there at no extra charge. These guys are class and would highly recommend. The only con is that they don't do reservations so it's first come first serve, but I still would say they should be one of your first choices.

Great Shop, with excellent and friendly service. They have always been great, honest, fair, and accommodating with me. I actually hate taking my car to mechanics, unless, it's beyond my scope. They have been very awesome handling big and small things, so I return the favor and pick up tires there as well. Prices have been good!

This is a great auto shop. The owner Doug is always there and always friendly. His son is also very friendly. I have a tendency to ramble on and on and they listen to me with no complaints. Doug never tries to upsell you. If you need something fixed, he fixes it. If you do not need something fixed, he lets it alone. Prices are very reasonable.

I just got 4 tires mounted and balanced here. $160 for all 4 low profile tires (245/30/20) what a lot of shops could not do. Excellent customer service! Got the job done same day with no hassle. I will definitely be back here and recommending to family and friends.

I cant say enough about Zimmies' Tire Service, Incorporated! Their so nice I can take my junker car there and they never laugh at me, even though other people do. They fixed everything except I can't get some radio stations in when I'm in Lockport. Is someone jamming them? My neighbor wears tin foil on his head, but I don't think that's whats doing it. Gramma thinks it's the canal. But back to Zimmies. My muffler was dragging and I tried to fix it myself with a bunggie chord but it melted. I thought for sure Zimmie would laugh, but not even then. Does Zimmie know Chet?

Pros: Can they fix it? Yes they can!
Cons: Can't get WKRP.

Best !!! Friendly!! Small town experience!! He will tell you the truth and not take your money!! I have had several cars service over years and never felt cheated!!! Doug and Eric are excellent!!
