Zimlich Brothers Florist & Greenhouse

I have ordered from this family owned and operated florist on several occasions over the last twenty years. This florist has never let me or my giftees down.

The most recent contact I had was when a close family member's dog had suddenly passed away at the age of 15. A dog. This dog was very well known and extremely well loved to the point he was practically a sibling. I called to order sympathy flowers, and half way through the order I began to cry. Not just a sniffle, but a real cry when thinking about how dependent his owner was on that lovable,dark fluff of fur. Despite how silly I felt for crying over a dog, the lady who took my call treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. She was patient. She was kind. She truly understood. She didn't treat me any differently when I explained we were on a tight budget. Looking back now, she truly was amazing!

Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the bouquet received by our family was reported as "outstanding". But I didn't really need that feedback, because the quality of the flowers over the last couple of decades has always been top notch from this florist.

In closing, I appreciate this business and hope they continue with the same business model. We have many family members in the area and take great comfort in knowing our heartfelt emotions will be always be expressed perfectly through flowers through this company. Thank you, Zimlich!

Very friendly and they always have a nice variety of flowers back in their market cooler. I love to go back there and pick out flowers for my home. And the prices are ridiculously low for the quality, so much better than grocery stores.

I always use Zimlich Brother's florist in Mobile. They take time with you on the telephone to discuss your order and really take an interest in getting the right flowers with the message that you want to send. The flowers that I have sent have always received many compliments. Great service at reasonable pricing. They want to make it beautiful every time.
