Their new location is at 315 11th street closer to the Manhattan beach pier.

The experience was lovely. The space has a nice vibe to it. You receive your mani/ pedi in an armchair with pillows so it almost feels like home.

The manicurists were kind and seemed willing to talk if you wanted. I however was perfectly content to stay silent and watch the movie that was playing.

My gel manicure was very well done and the recommended color looks fantastic!

Great service and I like how they use natural products, though I was expecting that they would have more natural nail polish brands than the typical Essie or OPI that you see everywhere else. They only have a few neutral clean colors as well as some random dark purples.

I've called this place multiple times. No answer. Left a voice mail. No call back. Emailed them. No response. Maybe they're closed or just have very poor follow through.

This place is absolutely adorable and the staff are so nice but I received the worst manicure ever when I went here this past weekend.

My girlfriend and I both had chipped nails by the end of the day. Her nail polish started puffing up and separating due to it being so thick. The sad thing is, the manicurist mentioned many times that the polish was thick and had seen better days but she still didn't go and get a different bottle of white. She also didn't give my friend a massage at all.

I wish I could say that I would be back since it is such a cute place, but I definitely won't be. It is just not worth it.

I had an amazingly relaxing time at Zenka nails thanks to the atmosphere, the calming energy, and of course Valerie (nail tech) who gave me a great foot and hand massage and was just a sweet heart. I love the location of this place because it's near the beach and they share space with Triology Spa (which I plan to check out soon).

I walked in and was greeted nicely by the receptionist and she quickly walked me over to the cozy room I was going to be taken care of in and she offered me water. The room is intimate and a far better option than sitting in a salon with 20 other woman chit chatting. The room has a tv, music playing, magazines, 2 chairs (just in case you want to go with a friend or partner), and all the stress is left at the door. I was extremely relaxed as she started on my feet.

I got the Island Escape Pedicure which is a luxurious custom-blended, spa pedicure that pampers your nails and feet. This treatment deep cleans, rejuvenates, and exfoliates for healthier, softer skin using exotic ingredients and it included a Hot Stone Massage which was HEAVEN!!

I also got a Spa Indulgence Manicure which revives, restores and smooths hands. Your hands will be pampered as your senses are refreshed by the delightful scent and feel. Included was the Lavender Paraffin Treatment which felt AMAZING on my hands. Definitely a must!!

I got a magnetic gel manicure on my nails with the matching color on my toe nails. I absolutely love it! That magnetic nail polish is pretty cool. Gives your nail a cool dynamic and they way they do it is interesting. I can't stop looking at the wavy design that was created.

Overall, I had a beautiful time at Zenka Nails and I plan to return very soon. They do services on the top deck as well, which sounds lovely on a nice summer day. Next time, I'm trying out their Minx...I saw a lot of cool patterns I want to try out.

Such a gem! I wanted to wait a few days to write my review to see how my rough and tough hand washing lifestyle dealt with my mani and I have to admit I'm impressed.

The location itself is such a treat, it is inside the Trilogy Spa which has its perks. I arrived early for my appointment so the bestie and I were able to receive a tour of the facility and relax in their Serenity Room where we enjoyed hot tea and noshed on apples and oranges while we waited for our appointments.

The nail salon itself is small, which is a NICE change. I'm kinda tired of the big salons with the rukus in language I can't understand. Here I was able to enjoy peace. Not that the techs were disinterested or rudely aloof, they were very friendly and appropriately chatty. But they seem to understand the delicate balance between pleasant convo and tranquil silence.

I had the manicure express which I was very pleased with. To be honest I half expected a mediocre attempt at a manicure that was bound to chip the first time I washed my hands. So far it's been about a week and I have minimal chippage. For me this is great! I work in health care so the amount of handwashing I do usually works my polishes down to nothing in no time..

The Spa Indulgence Pedicure was DELICIOUS! My footsies felt so pampered afterwards and oh so soft. The massage was so amazing that I was speaking to my friend from behind my eyelids. Yes, it was that good. I believe the tech with the magic hands was Valerie. Next time I'll save my pennies and really splurge on the Island Escape Pedicure. Hot stone massage? Sign me up please!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I purchased a LifeBooker deal for 2 main-pedis. When I went to make the appointment, for some reason the voucher showed as "redeemed" - I called and was told "No problem, we'll honor it". Then the ownership changed - when I told the new owner about it (Valery) she made it sound like she was doing me a huge favor to honor the voucher. When I called AND emailed her about the second main-pedi I paid for, radio silence.

The services are overpriced for standard mani-pedi.

I have been here a few times and never had any complaints until this last visit. The quality of my pedicure was just as good, but I wasn't happy with the customer service. The receptionist was (and is always) super nice. But, my appointment started 20 minutes late! I had other things to do, I arrived on time and I was there so long my meter almost ran out. I heard that she was running late because the person before me added on an extra service. She shouldn't have done the extra service if it was going to run over into my reserved time. And to top it off, she NEVER apologized for being behind. I will go back, but only if Jackie will do the appointment. She's always been on time.

This place is like a breath of fresh air! Received a minx/gel manicure with Valery yesterday & I absolutely LOVE my nails! I have received SO many compliments already!! Valery is so detailed-oriented and takes her time. She also ended my session with a AMAZING arm massage. The girl almost had me fall asleep! The location itself is within a spa and is very clean & trendy. I was impressed by the variety of gel colors, glitter, & minx designs available to choose from. My manicure session took place in a private room, which was a nice change from your typical nail salon. I definitely enjoyed my experience here and can't wait for Valery to do my nails next time!

I was rushed through the service. They seated on the balcony on a hot day facing the sun, did not even ask me if I prefer shade and felt like there was no time to move!
Disappointing.
