Visual Images Ophthalmology

We made an appointment one month in advance. My husband arrived at 9a for his 9:15a appointment. They did not call him back until 10:45a! Why make an appointment if you have to wait an hour and a half??? I inquired with the receptionist and she stated that this is normal depending on our patient load. What?! That's why you SCHEDULE enough time for each appointment. This is our last "appointment" at this place. What a crock!

Absolutely no respect for your time. FIND SOMEONE ELSE to see. Dr is fine, you will just be there 2 + hours

We tried to make an appt on the phone and were told they had a lot of incoming calls and would call back. Never did. So, we decided to go by the office in person and arrange an appt. on entering we were told to take a seat because" I'm checking in a couple of other people". There was no one else standing there! Didn't take our name, nothing. So, we took a seat and after not being called after 15 minutes, decided we would find a Dr that wanted our business. This Dr needs to fire a few uncaring front office people and install an efficient and compassionate staff!! I've never!

I have nothing but high praises for Dr. Brochner. She's always been very thorough and this might put her a bit behind in her appointments, but it's because she cares so much and wants to do a good job. I recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Not pleased. Waited 1 1/2 hours and then Dr. did not address issue that I came in for. Over $150 later and a routine eye exam was referred to another doctor.

Same issues as some of the other. came in for routine exam, confirmed benefits and 100% coverage twice before appointment, now being billed for additional $200 for the visit. Have spoke with physicians office but no one is willing to call me back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
