Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

As far a chicken fingers go, there are better varieties. Honestly, I'm not sure of the appeal here but it likely has to do with the less expensive menu, the crinkle fries, the Texas toast and the sweet tea. If the breading was crunchier or they offered a spicy version, I would be here weekly.

Staff has been friendly and attentive the twice I've tried them. As I've only gotten take out, I can't speak to dining there but I would think dining outside would be better than in.

If you're looking for a new favorite spot for some tasty chicken. Then, come to Zaxby's. Everyone is always so enjoyable and friendly. The service was fast and the food was hot. I always get the grilled chicken sandwich with no ranch and it's the perfect healthy treat. I love how tender and moist the chicken is, with a fresh slice of perfectly ripe tomato, and crisp shreds of iceberg lettuce. Which they put on a fluffy bun. I've also tried their chicken strips and chicken sandwich. The chicken strips are succulent on the inside and crispy and crunchy on the outside. The chicken sandwich is nothing special. They have plenty of indoor seating and the place was clean inside. I'd definitely come back if I were back in town.

I used to thoroughly enjoy Zaxby's. Now it's just young kids who have no customer service or sense. Today's experience consisted of being hurried through the drive thru menu, "Are you done?" Once we reached the window, our food was shoved out at us and not a word was spoken.

The food, however, was hot and Zaxby's delicious! I guess eating Cane's sauce had me expecting something similar from the Zax sauce. And yes, it's similar but the Zax sauce is a bit more peppery. Tastes good though! Gives it a distinguishable twist from Cane's. Oh! We saw they have funnel cake and gave it a whirl. Surprisingly it was pretty good. The right amount of breading and softness ratio. Tastes great with the caramel dip or even just by itself.

Anyway, if this location can work on having better attitudes they will be the complete package!

Never ate at a Zaxby's before. This was much like Raisin' Canes except, with the exception of the fries, I prefer Cane's.

1. Fries had season salt on them which made them better
2. Tea was good and the same as Canes.
3. Chicken taste good but had a more dense batter. Canes is better.
4. Sauce was different but good. Sauce and ketchup served in take out packages for dine in customers. No bueno.
5. Atmosphere - didn't like that they served dine in customers food inside take out it containers instead of baskets.
6. Bread / Toast - plain old bread slices toasted with butter / garlic. Canes was 100% better.
7. Server was very friendly.

Canes better any day of week. But I would eat at Zaxby's again if there was no Canes.

I like the food but I dined in this week, and I felt they gave smaller portions than when I went through drive thru lol. Why you skimp on the chicken and Cole slaw man

The restaurant was overall very clean, the workers were very nice, and I got the great food in a short amount of time.

While this isn't a Chick-fil-A, I still was able to eat the food. Very good water and 'fancy' plates. The chicken was crispy and such like that. If you are hungry, this place will provide you food at a price that most can afford. The sauce is the BEST! I don't know what Jerry H. was talking about.

If you don't know what to get, get the chicken.

Loved the great service here. The ketchup is superb and the fries complement the sauce. The chicken is cooked to perfection and the Zaxby's sauce is the best I've ever tried. The location is very convenient and was within walking distance. The food altogether was wonderful and I would definitely come again.
