Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We picked up carry out today for lunch. The granddaughter and I ordered a 4 Chicken Fingerz Plate. I took mine just like it comes with the Cole Slaw. She subbed her slaw for more fries.

I thought the chicken fingers were great. She loves this place and orders all the time. The fries are the crinkle style, which I love, and they were good too. The Cole slaw was a tad dry for my taste. The box comes with a piece of Texas Toast. It was pretty good too.

So good. The chicken and Zaxby sauce go great together and the fries are divine. The waiter was so nice and the ambiance was so good with the tv inside and decor.

Stood there for 10 minutes was ignored. 2 of the female workers was goofing off in bathroom and one was on their phone. Wouldn't recommend going here at all!

Placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru, when I arrived they asked me to come inside. That's not a big deal, but when I got home they hadn't given me a straw, they put ice in my drink even though I sell red no ice on the app, and my food was burnt!

At the Zaxby's on Redding Rd in Lexington KY, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal with Diet Coke tonight. The sandwich had one tiny tomato and one strip of lettuce. The Diet Coke turned out to be regular coke. I could tell because as a type 1 diabetic, after drinking a few sips, my blood sugar went up 50 points. No, I had not eaten anything, so the drink was the culprit. Staff should be more careful when filling orders. Regular soda goes straight to the bloodstream. Not good for a lot of us!

I stopped by Zaxby's the other day to collect my free 4 Finger plate through my rewards account. I must confess, the chicken fingers are not bad but they are not up to Raising Cane's standards. In my opinion, Raising Canes are better than most fast casual restaurants.

The chicken fingers here certainly are better than your average McDonald's, etc. fast food joints. The 4 fingers were accompanied with really good crinkle cut fries, slaw that is slightly sweet and tasty, and the obligatory Texas Toast. They also provide sauce that is very similar to Cane's for dipping.

What I DO think is excellent is their Zalads! Zaxby's offers some of the best fast food salads you can find anywhere! My personal favorite is the Blue Zalad, which comes with your choice of blackened or fried chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, and comes with mixed greens, red cabbage, carrots, Roma tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, fried onions. You also get a piece of Texas Toast.

So if you're looking for chicken or a great Zalad, get the cluck on over to Zaxby's!

This restaurant right here.... One of my favorites! I love a good chicken tender joint!! Although this restaurant is often compared to Raising Canes but this restaurant offers chicken wings, salads and more! This restaurant allows you to have the chicken tossed in a variety of sauces including their Zax's Sauce. During normal operation, customers are allowed to dine in, but right now customers are free to use the drive through. Most meals average about $7 and above, they also offer kids meals as well. I purchased a meal called "Wingz & Thingz" which comes with tenders, tossed wings (BBQ), crinkle fries, a toast and your preferred dipping sauces. Crinkle fries are my favorite fries, good size portion, crispy and crunch. Their chicken tenders are good as well! Fully seasoned tendered and their wings are well done and dipped & tossed through and through. If you are looking for a place to get some good wings for the night, this is a good place to keep in mind.

Out of the fast food chains, you could say that Zaxby is one of my favorites.
They have a lot of Vegetarian options if you are a vegan.
Almost every time I go, I usually get the Fried White Cheddar bites. They are one of my favorites.
I also like the Spicy Fried mushrooms. I don't know any other fast food places where you can get these.
The wings here aren't bad. I always go for the tongue torch sauce but it doesn't torch my tongue at all. That's their hottest sauce, but I feel it's so sweet for me.

Foods really good.

Dont get why people here commenting on service being bad, my experience here was pretty positive.

One time my order got lost in the system and waited for 20 minutes before they found out. But in the end they offered my food for free due to the issue. Seems really good customer service to me.

Would recommend.
