Zap Zone Lansing

I absolutely LOVE the new location!!! Go-karts, laser tag, trampolines, arcade, bowling, and much more! Staff were very kind, and everything went well. Bathrooms were clean, Payton was very kind and helpful, and the whole experience was great, and much cheaper than the old location! I will be returning!

My first time at the new zap zone and probably my last. For one the whole place smelled like weed and feet. Not sure if they believe in AC at all either since it had to be at least 75 degrees in there on top of humidity. Went to the bar and got a tequila pineapple... never again. Juice tasted rancid. On top of that a small child projectile vomited MULTIPLE TIMES right next to my friend and I. We will not be back.

3.25- staff messed up our orders, didn't give us our $10 arcade add on we paid for with bowling, and honestly the food was terrible. Chicken sandwich made me sick for the rest of the night. Bowling was fun albeit we had a bunch of people just wandering in and out of the lanes that no one seemed to be monitoring. Arcade machines were fun but very pricy. It does have a bar and axe throwing, but if we do another date night, I think I'll stick to high caliber and maybe come back when our son is in a safe range to come here. At least the server who helped us was kind.

Great drinks. Great food! The employees are so nice and funny. They deserve a raise! Went about a month ago and Im still thinking about how fun and sweet the employees were!

This company is absolutely horrible. I work for this company for a month and a half in the month that I worked there. I got not one break I was working 39 hours a week which I am 15 which is illegal in the state of Michigan.

There wasn't any seating to sit down on. There were some improvements, but my granddaughter didn't like the fact that the trampoline part is smaller than the old one.

One of the best arcades I've been to. The glow golf was super cool and fun for all ages. The virtual reality wasn't worth it it seems too early in the process. They have beverages and snacks. I definitely could've stayed their much longer if we had more money to spend. $50 in arcade credits goes by really fast

Great place for families! Fun for all. Hours of entertainment with my two kids. Very fun for a hot or cold day.

It was a fantastic site for kids to visit, and my children had a great time. The only thing I had a concern with was my daughter's safety. Her foot got stuck in the hanging foam bag activity, and she ended up dangling upside down for at least 3 minutes. When one of the workers noticed she was stuck, he rushed over to assist her, but he was unsuccessful. Another worker was called, but he, too, was unable to get her foot out. Then a third person arrived and had to cut the entire bag off to get her down. She fell down with the bag while her foot was still stuck. It was terrifying to see my daughter hanging and screaming in pain. My issue was that after the accident occurred and my daughter was taken down, no management came to check on her to see if she was okay. They all went back to work as if nothing had happened. My daughter's accident was not a key priority for them once she was taken down. They were quite unprofessional. Aside from that, the area is great for youngsters. Just remind your kids not to put their foot in the bag if they don't want to get stuck.
