One of the best shopping experiences you could ask for. Have been a loyal customer for over 19 years, and travel two plus hours to get there... I always feel it is worth every second!
A few weeks ago I popped in, and was helped by such lovely new young ladies! Kim, Mimi, and Laura were amazingly helpful in putting together my outfits for a trip to NYC. Although I missed my oldies but goodies, Cynthia, Adam and Sue Ellen,
who are also wonderful, I was grateful for all the help !

Although pricey, Zanna offers quality clothing and shoes that will last you many years. Their stock appeals to older professionals and students alike. I bought some beautiful leather heels for work 4 years ago and still wear them! I am looking forward to getting more shoes here- they carry the coveted Frye brand boots as well. Staff is helpful and accommodating.

I went looking for shoes, and they had an interesting selection. Not enough stock in larger sizes, but perhaps I should be thanking them for this? My actual review is 4.5 stars, based on interesting styles (5*) but low stock (4*) but I rounded up because the workers were nice.

Love Zanna's! Always has unique and current fashions at a reasonable cost. If you want an item not seen on others, stop in now!

Every time I visit Zanna it's a lovely experience. Whether or not I'm window shopping or seeking something specific, I always receive top-notch service from the warm and wonderful staff. They are brilliant at figuring out how to help me find items that match my own personal style, and are adept at finding items that are flattering.

A very cool store (fan of the shoes!!). They are stylish as the other poster stated but bring all of your plastic, cash and checks b/c if you buy a few things it adds up quickly at zanna.

Very stylish clothing, great comfortable shoe selection, nice staff. Not enough clothing in large sizes, though.
