    We are a local family owned business that has been in service for over 24 years, and counting. The founder of Miller's Formals, Brian Miller, was and still is a business visionary. He was the first to introduce the limo rental service with wedding packages into the Lafayette area, and began what is now an extremely popular trend. As any family man would, Brian's dream was to one day pass on the family business to his children. Being that he has 7 kids, one was bound to follow in his footsteps.       Millers staff did a fantastic job of fitting me for my tux and making sure everything fit, was on time, and looked great! New owners are doing great things! I'd highly recommend Millers formals.

      Went to Miller's with my partner to chose a tux for Rio. I had a specific look in mind and the lady who helped us, Deborah, was patient and sweet and took her time to answer my questions and find the right look. We ended up with a tux that looks really great on him.

      We did NOT have a good experience with Miller's. We went for my husbands suit fitting several months before our wedding. In the beginning, they seemed very professional and willing to help! But, When it came time for my husband to do his final fitting before the wedding- they did not have a suit for him. ??????. This was TWO days before the wedding. In addition to this issue, they never took down my dads measurements and gave several people the wrong color tie. I will not even list all of the other smaller detail issues we had with them. What a goat rodeo. Don't waste your time.

      They were not understanding of a huge mistake on their behalf. I was in a wedding Saturday and had to wear my own pair of pants due to a ridiculous pair I was issued. They refused to refund my money and only offered me $40. I have never had an experience like this ever and I've ordered plenty of tuxedos/suits in my life. They weren't understanding and pretty much blamed me. Never will I ever rent from these people. May God bless them and their lackluster customer service.

      Unfortunately, I did not have a wonderful experience with Millers Tuxedo rentals located on Ambassador by Dulles. I placed my order months ago I had my now husband fitted at this location as well as the young boys walking in the wedding (4 total). My brother-in-law, step dad and father-in-law measurements were sent in over the phone after being measured in there state/city. We picked up the rentals the Friday before the wedding and here are a list of issues:
      1. The shirts had black stains
      2. Vest were open back which was not what I ordered (we were not having jackets or coats only shirt, tie and vest with blue jeans).
      3. Vest were ripped
      4. Buttons on vest were stained.
      5. 2 out of 8 people there were only two rentals that fit and guess what these two were the ones not measured by Millers.
      6. During the process, I was picking up at the Broussard location however it was closed weeks before my wedding and the only reason I found out was because I called. No one contacted me.
      7. Was informed my out of town great cold pay via phone; however, they only allowed one person to pay and unfortunately the bride and groom had to pay the rest because our wedding party was not in town for pick up.
      8. The morning of the wedding we had to drive to the opposite side of town to exchange and needless to say this took hours upon hours. My sister checked after corrections were suppose to be made and again they forgot a tie. Also because of there error with the open back u had to ask my guest at the last minute to pay an additional fee to rent a jacket.
      9. When purchasing the jacket it wAd suppose to be separate totals and they ran the whole amount under one person. So again when they returned we had to figure payment.
      10. As my now husband and sister were at this location waiting for exchange spending hours on My wedding day there were 4 people working and only 1 assisting.
      11. Due to this loss time, my pre-ceremony pictures with my girls were not taken.

      Excellent experience from Mrs. Brown when getting tuxes for my wedding. I enjoyed going in with my groomsmen and we all had a good time getting fitted. She made it fun and definitely added a little memory to everything and the tuxes all came perfectly sized and very nice!
