The absolute best massage I have ever had! Margaret has a gift and everyone I send to her absolutely loves her.

Go! Go for the massage, go for the facial! My sister and I had a sister outing and picked the Little Day Spa because of a recommendation. The spa is small and intimate, the owners are experienced and take the time to do it right! So glad we went and highly recommend this place

Had the best massage I've ever received here, and the facials had my wife and looking like when we met twenty-something years ago. I highly recommend The little Day Spa for couples and to book a day of treatments so you'll be totally blissed out.

What a wonderful find!!! Maureen, the owner is a gifted professional who can make your skin glow with her amazing facials! She is a delight to talk to and knows her craft!
Margaret Ann is also gifted but in massage therapy! Wow!! She really has the feel to know what muscles need tension relief!
I have had 4 facials, two massages and a beautiful manicure at this treasure in Sarasota. I live in Arizona and book my appointments whenever I come back!! You will not be disappointed in this gem, or the lovely and caring professional women who run it!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - DaniLou R.Santa Fe, NM01Aug 23, 2022
Wow! What a special treat! This mother & daughter team really care about what they do and give the Little Day Spa a special cozy feeling. I'm a big fan!

As the price so high. It's not worthy. Body massage was okay, but the facal was nothing. put some cosmetic on your face, no face, head and shoulder massage. $80 charged for facial, it's way too much for the service you get.

Very cramped walk in and we assumed the relaxing area would be in the back somewhere. Nope. Had to wait for our 90 minute massage watching the nail table 2 feet away from us in very small hallway like spot, fully clothed.
Massage with Connie was good - but she was annoyed this day.
Paid $140 to annoy someone and unimpressed with salon.
Also, the homeless people on the way in are getting out of control!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Kathryn C.South Pasadena, CA1405Aug 9, 2019
I LOVED this place. I had the best facial, mani-pedi and went back for a massage. It's definitely convenient for parking and a spa break during your day!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I received a gift certificate back in May when I was 8 weeks pregnant to come and relax here. When I made my appointment I wasn't aware I couldn't get a massage done at 8 weeks pregnant and the receptionist who was also very cold on the phone didn't ask (which I noticed today when I called Massage Envy to make an appointment that they asked) hinting they are suppose to ask. Anyway, the day of my massage I was told I couldn't get my massage done and since I didn't give them a 24 hour notice they took 50% off my gift certificate, so I went from having 2.5 hours of relaxation to a 90 minute massage. Fast forward to today, I am now 24 weeks pregnant, I decided to use the gift certificate since I am moving out of town, I went in, the gentleman I made an appointment with yesterday was again, extremely cold, maybe get some new receptionist in there please, anyway; when he scheduled me he told me to be there 30mins to fill out paperwork, so I arrived 30mins before my appointment, only to fill out a paperwork that took me 5mins, then I waited about 20mins. The lady who massaged me was nice but she was very soft, she didn't focus on my problem areas at all, I felt like someone was just gently caressing my body, the massage was very blend for my taste and I have gotten plenty of massages done. When I was done I was told that I only had 75$ left on my gift card and I owned them 20$ for the 90 minute massage.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!! The receptionist tried to argue with me about what happened back when I was 8 weeks pregnant but I quickly shut her down, I just wanted to get out of there. Work on your customer service skills, don't be so cold and have no personality and maybe next time communicate with your client how much they have on the gift card and how much it will be after the massage or see if there's other options? Like a skin care or something else. Whoever is running this place needs new people in there. I will personally never go back, I just wanted to get rid of the gift certificate, such a waste of money!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michael P.Bradenton, FL158251Jul 31, 2015
This place is OK. When I called to make a reservation the receptionist was short and didn't sound very friendly. My mother and I went because we had a gift card and we wanted to relax.
We signed up for two pedicures and two manicures. The woman that did my mothers pedicure was warm, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The woman that was doing my pedicure however was not. She was a bit off putting and had a hint of arrogance in her tone. She was quick and completely forgot to massage my feet and calf muscle. When it came time to sand my feet, she moved with a delicate and fragile nature- while my mother was receiving a more intensive sanding.
When it came time for the manicures my mother and I had to switch people. The older woman that was doing my feet did not know how to do gel nails. Luckily I got the woman that had done my mothers pedicure. I wish I could remember her name because she was amazing. She was very thorough when it came time to do my cuticles and cleaning up the areas around my fingernails. She was very friendly.
After our appointment my mother and I compared manicures and pedicures. My mother told me that her manicurist did not even attend to her cuticles. I told my mother that her manicurist, my pedicurist, did a terrible job at sanding my feet. As I am writing this on the same day that this occurred my feet are still coarse and not smooth.
For the price this place is overrated if you get the older woman that did my pedicure and my mother's manicure. I do not believe that I will be going back to the establishment.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1
