Nate from the service department is the best he helped me pick out some new handlebars and heated grips. He will make all the wires and cables look nice and neat when he installs the new bars and grips. It's fantastic that Nate crossed back and forth between "parts" and "service" to help me out, truly personalized customer service.

Everyone at Piqua HD has been fantastic... from our salesman Nick (no pressure, knowledgeable, and very responsive to our needs and questions) to Dave (no nonsense, fair and easy to deal with,) Ryan (made paperwork a breeze) to Nate in service (incredible wealth of knowledge and a master technician!) made our experience great! Nikki, Kennedy, Mike, and now Logan in Motor clothes give us red carpet service every time we come in. If it was possible to leave a zero star review I would. Customer care and service department leave a lot to be desired. I pointed out that my brand new bike (purchased at piqua Harley) was making transmission noise at my 1000 mile oil change. Supposedly the technician checked and said it was normal. Come to find out after a breakdown hundreds of miles from home it wasn't normal. Transmission is shot with gears 1,3 and 5 completely shredded. I am out almost 1000 bucks for a rental car, non refundable hotel night we couldn't use and added hotel night and fuel to go back the following week to pick up the bike after it was repaired. I called piqua Harley and I get nothing. Crickets! Ridiculous. Come to find out it was a manufacturer error and the noise I reported led to a HUGE problem.

Completely dishonest and one of the worst H-D dealerships in the world. And yes, I have been to dealerships all over the world. The service center is not to be trusted by any means. Please go a few miles any direction for a dealership that wants to earn your business.

BUYER BEWARE is what I recommend. Purchased a bike from sister store(same staff) early spring.Bike looked good sounded good but weather prevented extended test ride. I asked if the bike had any previous issues and was told just services. With that in mind I entered into negotiations to purchase the bike. Being that it had 4000 miles I added 2yrs of warranty. I bought the bike on the premises that they had disclosed any issues. Once I was able to put 50 miles on it,I found a pool of oil and a bolt laying on the top of the transmission. Only then did they come forward about the work performed on the bike. This defiantly would have been a negotiation point if it would have been disclosed when I ask... 4 months of them not following through on "any" compensation I am forced to leave this review to warn others. An their policy is full disclosure.
