AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! WALK FIRST.

The worst taxi service ever! They are a rip off. I was told I'd be charged abou $20 to the ABE airport from my mother's house that is 3 miles away.
It was 6:00 A.M. dark outside scary enough. The driver charged me $42 dollars!!! I wasn't going to argue I felt afraid.
I disputed the charge with Chase they were useless.

Absolutely horrible company. I reserved a pickup to the airport 15 minutes away. About one minute before pickup I called to confirm the appointment. The lady who answered asked me to hold while she found the driver.

She then disconnected the call, I waited a few minutes to call back, then she sent me straight to voicemail, I waited a few more minutes and she sent me straight to voicemail and now I was stuck about to miss my flight.

Luckily I got an Uber (which I couldn't use to schedule pickup in that location) and got to the airport. Just letting everyone else know to never use this taxi service.

Are you sure you want to depend on this company? The dispatcher Wendy is not qualified for this job. She told me on numerous occasions that she would have a driver for me. I would wait hours, and no one come I live at an assisted living and have no other way to store. The last time I called I did for 3 days straight, and she stood me up all the time. And this was not the first time it occurred several times over months. It's not fair to the driver if she forgets to send them. If she did it to me quite often how many more people does she do it to. I called her many times and things got worse. I had to other taxi to call. I now use gogo grandparent pay 1.18 per mile 48 cents a min. Much cheaper then your way taxi service. I still blame Wendy for this problem. Thank you and I hope you take this to heart. She will run your business into the ground!

Taxi driver was passing people on the shoulder of route 78, & was using his phone while cutting people off with absolutely no regard for safety. Unbelievable. Not only am I amazed I didn't witness a crash due to his horrific driving, but the "how am I driving" number on the back bumper is not working. If you value your life, don't put yourself in the hands of this company.

Car #28, I believe the license plate was TX-50014.

I was almost able to just borrow the bad review below...same EXACT problem today. I even called myself twice yesterday to confirm and offerred my cell in case of issue.

Friendly on the phone and scheduling transport. Was promised pickup at 4am to airport. NO SHOW!!! I called and person said he would call me back in 10 minutes. Well, what would I do, cancel at this point and potentially wait another 20 minutes for someone else? WILL not use this company or recommend to anyone else!

Update...A Cab FINALLY showed at 4:10 but was not for me. Lucklily the other patron didn't mind sharing. Once in cab... dispatch tells the driver to inform us that we each have to pay the fare...since my cab was just "late". It was going to be late by 25 minutes.... I had to say OK...but I am leaving this review.

Driver tried to charge me $91...when I asked what surcharge he used, because a google estimate was $51...he said his dispatcher told him to double it. I informed the driver that I was going to call the taxi authority and he immedialty changed the fare to $51.

BEWARE!!!

My trip was 50 miles from West Bethehlem to the POconos West End.
The rate was $ 178
Arrived within 15 minutes Nice fancy minivan
Friendly driver took the longest route
Use Other taxi companies or the Uber equalvalents
For comparision I recenly rode a taxi from Hazleton to Blakeslee for $80
thats about $2.25 a mile 35 mile trip

I paid $25 to ride from the airport to the Hilton Garden Inn. The original price was $14.50, but they have a $20 minimum credit card purchase, plus 3% processing fee, plus tip. The overall distance was 1.3 miles. I imagine Uber will put them to bed soon.

Rates are outrageous. 5.4 mile trip was $30. Extremely unprofessional driver. Avoid at all costs.

I used this Companies service on 07/1/16.
I was going exactly 3.2 miles to my hotel.
The driver never used a GPS, got lost, and rode me around in circles.
I finally had to use the GPS on my phone to get us to the hotel.
3.2 mile trip cost me $77 ! ! ! !
I called the company as soon as I exited the cab. I was told the manager, Shiraz Jaffer, would contact me the following week.
Since I did not hear from Shiraz Jaffer by 07/07/16, I called him.
He clearly stated that he could see that the driver did indeed, just drove me around in circles.
He stated that he would contact the driver, then me within 30 minutes.
After 2 hours... I called him again.
He would NOT come to the phone. Instead he pawns it off to a Lindsey James.
Lindsey James tells me that she would be handling the complaint from this point moving forward.
She asked if I had a receipt. I said no. The driver dis not give me one.
However, she filled out a trip sheet. Shiraz Jaffer just told me that he could see everywhere that she took me.
Lindsey James reply.... Well.... Jaffer will call you when he can.
It amazes me that people in charge.... aren't in charge.
They could care less that THEIR EMPLOYEE ripped off a customer.
I am filing a complaint with the BBB at this time.
Do not use this service. Cause it is not a service.
It is a front for criminals to rip you off ! !

Twice as expensive as the other taxis or Uber. I would avoid them unless you have money to burn.
