They are who they say they are and do what they say they will do. I had a last minute desperate search for a combo slide jumper on a busy weekend and called multiple places before I found this place. I took a chance with this business having just a few reviews but I'm glad to say that I was very pleased with the service and competitive prices. They are proud of what they do and do it well. The jumper was very clean, service was professional, friendly, flexible and prompt. Needless to say, they saved my party and everyone LOVED the jumper. Thank you so much.

Had a great experience using YouGo Jump. Tommy and wife were great, they nice and friendly. Their jumpers look very new and cleaned. We used there services for my wife's baby shower. I would recommend they are 5 star rating :-)

I ordered a bouncer, tables, chairs, and an awning for my sons first birthday and couldn't be happier with the service. Everything was done on time and Tommy was so sweet and quick. Also everything was very clean and the tables and chairs were of better quality than expected for the price. I definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!!

After getting several quotes for our daughter's birthday party, we went with this guy because he was prompt in his responses and polite. We booked the jumper and we were excited with the ease of it all. A few days before the party we got a call saying that due to personal reasons he could not drop off and set up the jumper on the day of our party. He said he would drop it off a couple nights before but we would have to set it up. We didn't have time to find another one so we agreed and tried to be understanding of his personal stuff. He said he would bring it between 8-9 pm on a weeknight. Which is ridiculously late for people with jobs and 3 small children but we agreed because we had no choice and all our daughter talked about was her bounce house to be. Around 8:30pm he calls and asks what the latest he could come by.. My partner said what time do you need? And he said 10pm. Frustrated would be an understatement. 10 comes and goes and he does not show up until after 11 pm! He then has the nerve to ask for the full money upfront and that if we don't have the cash he will charge 3% surcharge using a card which I am pretty sure is illegal in California. We told him we didn't want to pay the full price and we definitely we not paying anything until he picked up the bouncer to ensure we could even get the thing to work. The day after the party he came to pick up the bouncer after 8:00 pm and we questioned why we should have to pay full price after all he put us through and asked him to work with us so that we would leave semi happy customers in the end. He refused and wanted all his money. So much for the customer comes first. Everyone that we have told this story to says they wouldn't have paid him a dime.

It disappoints me to read this review. When I called you on Monday and attempted to cancel, this is 5 days prior to your event, you insisted to keep the order. I really tried not to disappoint you and offered to deliver the jumper on the Thursday and pick it up on Sunday. This is something I never do, but you kept mentioning your daughter, and having 2 young daughters myself, I wanted to make you and your family happy. My entire family and my business are unexpectedly moving out of state and we are cancelling our orders and not taking any more orders. This was communicated to you. Yet you still insisted to keep the order.Then I said that I would come and set it up as promised. At that time you were concerned that the jumper could get stolen since it would be in the front yard and offered up your partner to set it up closer to the party date. I again asked to cancel but you again insisted that you did your research and really wanted to stick with my company.
Although I really wanted to drop off the bounce house between 8pm and 9pm on Thursday (you not even mentioned this is late for you, on the contrary you said it is completely fine), we are moving and ran into unexpected delays, I texted, I called, I apologized, I came very late and spoke with your partner. At that time, he was not upset, he reassured me that he was very happy we did not cancel, and to keep the jumper, he was happy to set it up and tear it down. He also mentioned that some of his friends had jumper rental businesses and he knew how to set it up and tear it down. No problem at all.
I am moving out of state and this entire transaction was extremely difficult for me. All I wanted to do is cancel.Yet I put the customer first and stuck to our agreement. You on the other hand, regardless of what we agreed upon did not stick to that. Now you wrote this 2 star review and did not pay in full.

This is our favorite place to rent jumpers from. They have great prices and the best customer service (no grumpy people setting up your jumper).

Used this service for my son's 1st birthday (he has a lot of cousins that I wanted to be entertained). Tommy was so flexible with setup time & pickup, only asked that I text him 30 mins before I needed him to pickup. I had so much going on with last minute decorating & such, it was so nice not to have to worry about this, he did what he'd promised, the jumper was so nice & clean, he had a very big tarp out in front of where kids entered, I believe this also helps keep the jumper so clean. Overall I was very happy with the service, I recommend them, glad I chose to use them.

Jumper was on time and pricing was average but I needed it at last minute. Jumper was clean but did show alittle wear. The reason I gave 3 stars was delivery guy was kinda rude. When he came to pickup I needed some extra time so he told me it'll be $25 extra which was fine. But then after agreeing to that he said it'll be $25 more for pickup. Kinda made me feel like he's just trying to make some extra cash because I agreed to it to easily. Another thing is this place you have to pay for everything up front before they will even setup. Other places I've dealt with will pickup and make sure you were happy with service with no problems before even asking for payment. Most other company are also ok with bringing multiple jumper to make sure you get what you want. And would rather wait until next morning day to pickup. I will not be using service from here and would not recommend to family or friends.

Thank you for your feedback. It was not my intend to come out as being rude.
Unfortunately what happened last night is that I came
to pick the jumper up and you decided to keep it overnight at the time of pickup.
Our overnight policy is $25 and we charge $25 for any extra trips/deliveries under $75. You could have simply called me before I came for the pickup and it would only have been $25 for overnight only.
Do you have anything specific that you noticed about the jumper? I am very surprised, as all other customers are extrmely happy with the condition of the jumpers.
Again, my appologies if I came off as rude. You are my customer and my intend is to make this experience pleasant. So far this is my first negative experience with a customer and I would like it to be the last.
