Jade Harbor Spa

I read multiple reviews before coming here and I was not disappointed. The name of my masseuse was Mia and she was excellent. I really loved the massage and especially the stretches. I also loved the momentarily scalp massage.

However don't expect this place to be the most fancy spot, about an average and okayish massage rooms. The masseuse was professional for most of the time except at the very start where she kept pushing to try one of their better oil with some additional cost. My session also started 10 minutes late but she made up for it.

I did end up giving $20 as a tip - she totally deserved it for her excellent massaging techniques.

I enjoyed my massage here! It was quiet and clean, which is important to me when getting a massage. The lady was very tough and helped get my knots out! Just be sure to tip 20%!!
Overall it was a very relaxing experience and I felt so pampered here. Definitely helped get rid of my tension and make me feel like I'm walking on air when I walked out!

Very good massage experience. We did couple massage. The place is clean. The massage therapist listens to our needs and did a great job to address them during massage.

I think I've found my go-to massage place! I had a 60-minute hot stone massage with Yoyo, and it was a wonderful experience.

Customer service: the front desk staff and Yoyo, my massage therapist, were friendly and professional.

Environment: The treatment rooms were clean and organized, with soft music playing in the background.

Massage: My massage was relaxing and effective at the same time! My therapist listened to my concerns, and addressed the tightness around my back, while still giving me a balanced, full-body massage.

I'll definitely be back and will be recommending Jade Harbor Spa to others!

I had bad lower back pain and tight legs due to over hiking the day before. Called and got a walk in appointment right away. Shasha did a fantastic job with my full body massage focusing on the back and thighs. She was patient, skillful and she kneed on my back which helped to release the tight muscles. I felt so much better and a new person after the massage. This is the right place to go if you need deep tissue massage with great result. Highly recommended!

Wet hair after being sick for two weeks they treated me so kind. Massage was amazing and exactly what I needed to get back on track.

I was feeling like a deflated balloon, all twisted out of shape... So, in a fit of nocturnal brilliance, I scheduled a massage at the witching hour - 12 am! I crawled in there less than 11 hours later, expecting to see a whole team of masseuses. But nope, it was just one lone warrior with hands that felt like they'd been blessed by Zeus himself! You know the kind of massage that hurts so good it makes you question your life choices? Yep, that was it. I'd willingly book again!

Booked a 90 minute massage for noon. I get there and they tell me to get undressed and on the table, which I do. Ten minutes go by and no one comes in, so I poke my head out and am assured someone will be in soon. Takes them another ten minutes until someone comes and proceeds to give me one of the worst massages I've ever had.
At the end, I wasn't going to give any tip because of the wait, but the lady was nice so I gave $15 for the wait and the terrible massage. The lady then has the audacity to point at the $15 and berate me for it being such a small amount for a 90 minute massage.

Definitely don't recommend!

Just got home and I'm still sitting in my car. I've had an average amount of massages I think but this was hands down the best massage I have ever received from Sasha at Jade Harbor Spa. Had a very long day in which I thought a normal massage will make it a bit better. But instead of normal I got exceptional every technique Sasha used felt like it was hitting a new area that could go unnoticed. The room was clean and office was organized. Definitely my favorite therapist at one of the best places. And for a tall guy with back issues I don't feel any tightness. I honestly would keep raving about Sasha if I had anything new to add she's just that great.

Wooooowwww! Best 90 min massage in Bellevue. Hands down amazing! Prices are reasonable and the ladies did so great. Thank u so much! My husband and I will be back!
