Yael is an incredible find of an agent, now working in Sebastopol, CA. Yael worked with us from start to finish on identifying a property here in West County and making a successful bid and purchase on the first try! In a tough market and a competitive situation. She knows the community, knows all the people, gets the ethos of the town and environs, knows all of what's happening in the scuttlebutt of the transactions, and also really knows her stuff to dot i's and cross t's when needed. We relied on Yael for everything soup to nuts from mortgage broker intros to handymen (all of whom have worked out great). We recently worked with Yael to sell our home in the marina. It's not easy to sell a home in a down market but with Yael's market savvy, hard work and tactical recommendations we were able to sell our home quickly and at list price. She carefully prepared the marketing plan, researched pricing and market conditions and took her time walking us through everything so that we were comfortable and confident as we went to market. No, we were wrong. When we met Yael, it was positively different. If you ask her questions, she will answer to the best of her knowledge, and if she doesn't know the answer, she will get back to you with the answer. She won't BS. She was proactively a few steps ahead of us, so we were well prepared for the next steps. My friend who referred her told me that "she will work hard for you". Yes, she did work hard for us. She certainly "earned" her commission through her excellent services. She knows Marin and SF. Most importantly, we love our new home.

I have worked with several realtors over the years, and yael is by far the best. She makes sure she understands your goals, and then helps you the process to get your goals. She does not just try to make a sale, but rather helps you find the right house. She is also a wealth of information on contractors, and checks out every detail for you.
