Red Lobster

I haven't had cheesy garlic biscuits this good at Red Lobster in years, but these were just like those of yesteryear! The staff was very attentive and friendly even with a full restaurant. We pulled up with 4 kids and 2 adults and Crystal, the manager, said let me see what I can do and I'm five minutes, her and Melissa, our server, had us all set up! The food was FRESH and the sea salt and vinegar shrimp was an excellent suggestion. Great job everyone!

You would think for $40 you could get 8-10 mussels. I previously had sent 7 mussels back to the kitchen which were dead and received 4 back which the chef either hit with a hammer or crushed under his foot.

I boycotted this location for nearly a year and finally came back.

Much better today but still had 2 mussels which were broken open with zero meat.

Disappointed.

I won't be back any time soon.

I have eaten here for over 20 years and never had such poor service. Barely interacted with me, didn't ask if I needed a refill of my drink, and show me how to pay for the meal on the machine on the table quickly after bring the food. A potted plant would have been more interesting to deal with.

Also what is it with trying to upcharge for getting a salad as one of the sides and only one side per entree?!?!! Will extra charge for more than one biscuit be next.

No wonder the place was empty at lunch time. I have never seen it this empty at lunch even in the summer since their is a large state park an just off I-75. I will not be back again

the girl who waitressed me was so sweet and brought the soup right with the drinks. it was really fast and I'm so satisfied.

I ordered the ultimate feast lobster tail was rancid, scared me to death shame on them for letting this leave the door via DoorDash

Stopped in for their veterans special and the shrimp and fries were really good. I would like again.

Husband and I don't usually visit chain restaurants, in our experience quality is usually lesser than other local spots. Monroe location proved us wrong.
Despite the parking lot looking packed, we were seated right away. Because of safety precautions right now, we basically had a small section of the restaurant to ourselves. Our server Christina was attentive, very polite, and funny.
We ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms, crab and artichoke dip, garlic alfredo linguini with shrimp, and a grilled lobster tail. Every single thing was cooked to perfection and deliciously seasoned, seafood was tender and not rubbery at all. And of course the cheddar bay biscuits were served hot, crispy on the outside and soft in the center.
We will definitely be returning!

Horrible service! We went there for a special night out to celebrate my son's school accomplishment and we were never acknowledged. We were sat in a booth by ourselves at the very back and a server passed by us at least 3 times in 15 minutes saying nothing to us. Then another table was sat beside us and she immediately took their order. She walked by us yet again to put their order in saying nothing to us. At this point we decided to leave. My son was so upset he went to sit in the car while we spoke to the manager. She offered to seat us elsewhere but the damage was done.

Very good food. My husband got the date night meal very good everything was spot on. The service was fantastic. My husband wasn't a fan but this location has changed his opinion to be a very positive experience!!! Thank you!!!

Hats off to Red Lobster for Veteran's day!!! Not sure if RL has done this before but a free 6 pieces of Walts shrimp with fries and cole slaw (not mixed with mayo or milk thank God) along with two bisquits was awesome and tasty to say the least...and you didn't have to eat in to get them...take out also for this yum yum treat!! Again...thank you!!
