Kohl's

I purchased a set of utensils last Black Friday, it's now April the following year, which had a matte black finish and were packaged as DISHWASHER SAFE. I can confirm, they are NOT dishwasher safe and the finish washes off very easily. I've been wanting to bring these back since they got ugly being so Mis-colored that so finally did it. I had a picture of my receipt and the 16 loose utensils that I purchased and took them to Customer Service. Rachel was empathetic and allowed me to pick any replacement for the same retail value! I ended up choosing the same as my original purchase, which is seen in the picture, but it was a breath of fresh air knowing Kohl's stands behind what they sell and make the situations right when the product was not as advertised. I'll continue to shop here!

Awful this secret shopper flunks this store on every aspect.At 6:10 am entering the store no one at there register.Picked an item that didn't have a tag and getting a manager to answer a walkie call was met with moans,gripes and trying to get someone else to do her job.
Not only did she not look to compare the item at regester she pick the most expensive item to scan and price.
I'm pushing for this one to get fired for theft and just plain lazy

Kohl's has saved us in a last minute pinch many of times. Anywhere from attire for a wedding to a birthday gift we forgot to grab, associates are helpful and pleasant.

We rely on the solid quality of purchases at Kohl's because you can tell they truly care.

I'm not a big fan of Kohl's - but if you're in the mood to look around you can find some amazing deals.

Most of the stuff is overpriced - Macy's prices for non-Macy's labels. The sales are amazing though! 80% off and such. Gotta love that.

The staff is friendly and helpful and you don't have to wait for a stupid attendant to use the fitting rooms!

I know there's this unspoken stipulation about Kohl's, but this place has great deals for some good items. With their newer lines (Vera, Conrad, etc) I feel that the quality of clothes and goods have been getting a lot better since they started.

I gave an extra star for their customer service. From my experience, their cashiers are nice, and welcome you with a smile and friendly hello if they aren't servicing anyone. I appreciate their care to customer needs, and find their positively more welcoming than other department stores.

Associates always helpful and polite!! The store is always clean! Checkout line is always short!! Great selections on everything! Love shopping there!!!

I've always liked this Kohl's. It's clean. The staff are decently helpful. The racks and shelves are well stocked and well kept. And you can usually find some sort of sale to fit your needs.

I'm still more of a TJMaxxionisto, but this Kohl's is solid :-)

As much as I hate shopping at stores like this, Kohls is the only one of its kind that I enjoy. They have cool stuff. Great t shirts, shoes, excellent clearance (you know you like clearance), etc. The staff believes in their store, which is very cool. They seem to be a fan of Kohls! And my Wife loves it because she often "saves more than she spent", whatever the heck that is supposed to mean, lol. The store is clean, positive, and well stocked. A+.

This NOT for the Harrisburg Kohls store. This is for an online order from Kohls. I ordered a 3-inch and 4-inch memory foam mattress topper. The boxes delivered as normal. The Kohls invoice was on the outside of the box and inside the box was the mattress topper. Also inside the box was an OVERSTOCK.com slip indicating it was purchased there. I was confused as I knew I ordered mattress toppers and I know for a fact they were from Kohls. However, the overstock.com slip was in there.

I sent a message to Kohls online customer services about it and asked why there was an Overstock.com slip and I got no reply from Kohls.

I have no idea they have a connection or partnership. I look up Overstock.com and found the exact mattress toppers for less and free shipping.

I've been a loyal Kohls customer for many years. I've spent a lot of money on everything in their store. I was very dissapointed to see they sold an item they bought from another company?? and sold it to me for more.

Word of advice... research and shop around before buying from Kohls and look for a better deal. I was never a Overstock.com customer but thanks to Kohls, they directed me to them and I will now always check Overstock.com first for bedding and home items.

I absolutely love this store. They have everything I want at great prices. The employees are always happy and helpful. I go to the Colonial Park store because it's right around the corner from me. I'm lucky. The sales are great and I always save money.
