I just paid my car insurance again, and when I arrived, I didn't even get a chance to show her my paperwork or tell her my name before she had my account up on the screen. She recognized me, even with all the clients they have. I was so surprised! I also get earthquake insurance through a company that contracts with Farmers, and they recently changed how they bill. They contacted me and told me the information they need, but I told the employee at Farmers that, and she said that they'll contact the earthquake insurance company for me with that information. It was another encounter with Michael Holliday's office that reminds me why this is my insurance office.

Ty processed the payment for me and e-mailed me my receipt as I requested. My premium has actually gone down quite a bit, which was a nice surprise. I usually deal with office staff, but I have met Mike a couple of times and he seems quite intelligent and competent, and made me feel like I could ask him any question any time. I knew and admired his predecessor John Miller since I was a little kid, so Mike had big shoes to fill for me, and he has succeeded.
