So slow it seems no one cares that we want to hand you money. Two people helping one customer instead of asking us if we need help. I just want to take $500 of my money and make it your money.... I guess y'all don't need it that bad.

The 2 sales reps at this office showed us coverage maps for our neighborhood and said we had very good coverage. We switched from Verizon and signed up 2 phones because our phones did not work at all in our house. Our phones never worked properly. We had them a total of 2 days. We tried everything. Spent at least 12 hours over 2 days on the phone with phone support trying to get them working and never could. They finally told us they knew there was an issue and they did not know when they had no date of when it would be fixed. And of course At&t has a no refund policy and you have to call the 800 number so they keep your money. The people in the store could care less. They know there is not coverage and the phones and there is problem with the service and they still sell the plans anyway.

Brad was great ! Friendly, knowledgeable and expedient.. some people just know how to deliver excellent customer service.

Today, a gentleman who worked there named Matt, helped me out (I have a disability) and he made it 1000% easier for me to deal with my business there with out additional efforts that would be incredibly painful. Way to go on staff training!

In June-July we were there getting a new phone for my husband which he knew what phone he wanted and it was just going to be a quick trip. We paid our phones off 2 months prior. As they were getting his phone, the guy goes hey why don't you get one, right now the promo is BOGO free Samsungs. I was like no that's ok, I don't need one. I knew there was some sort of stipulation. All he said was a new line, basically I just had to get a new number that's it. Your bill will only go up 25-30 depending on which phone. I debated back n forth even the lady was like look it's so much bigger blah blah..So I got it and said all I had to do was change my number. Yep. Gave all the details, like you should see the free phone come off the bill..so 25.00 off each month. Done. So now 4 mths in and Every month I called tis store stating I do not see a credit, they kept saying Oh 2-3 months, Oh 3-4 months..and now they say they can't do anything. We don't see that you were set up for that bogo offer blaahh blaah blaah. The lady Short, long blonde Hair, that helped me initially, was actually the manager, we didn't know that at the time. So she knew what he was doing when he submitted the contract. And now he doesn't even work there anymore. So DO NOT go to this store before you also get duped into a 900.00 phone!!!
