Fox's Pizza Den

Employees are extremely rude. We live in the Blackridge neighborhood, an upscale area along Graham Blvd where homes range from $120k to $760k we were told that our neighborhood is not nice enough to go to at 7:30 in the evening for delivery. I was told this while trying to order pizza for our neighborhood garden club that was meeting at our home. I have never been so insulted in my life!!!

Our neighborhood was nice enough to host a home and garden tour each year and it is also nice enough for young families to raise their children here!!!

We live on a beautiful tree lines street in a very nice area, far nicer than the area that the Fox Pizza shop in located in and they told us that our neighborhood was not ice enough or safe enough to deliver to??? I was completely floored!!!

Blackridge is by far the nicest neighborhood in the city of Penn Hills! This kid has no idea what the heck he is talking about!!!

They deliver your food on time nice and hot. I like there Vegetable pizza ask for all vegetables and no olives and add tomatoes with thin crust.Taste is excellent and cinnamon twist are hot and very good save them for breakfast the next day.

Mediocre food. Employees aren't very sanitary. Plenty of better pizza shops in the area.

Employees rude and disrespectful, employees park in handicap parking spots and block access ramp to sidewalk for wheelchairs. Skimp on toppings. Monroeville location great.

Pizza shops have gone down hill in Penn Hills lately, but this one takes the cake. This is the worst pizza I've had in a long time. I went inside store and ordered a Big Daddy pizza.......the girl at counter was OBNOXIOUS. What a rude, moody, ignorant person. She treated everyone like crap, slammed the phone down.....she needs fired.....what a rotten person. The pizza was HORRIBLE. A very very very slight HINT of sauce, very little pepperoni (and I know from the past the way its placed to insure every slice has some) - it sure wasn't done on this pizza......then to top it all off, it wasn't even cut all the way thru....everything about it was disgusting......it was just bread with a mess of cheese and a few pepperonis thrown on.......terrible.....Jimmy Fox would revoke their franchise if he saw this pizza and was treated the way I was.....I'm done with this place......and I hope she retires from food/retail, she's a pathetic excuse for a human being.

We've been in our new home for almost seven months and on Fridays my family and I like to eat pizza, so we usually order from Fox's. Well, two weeks ago they delivered us the wrong pizza, and I was furious...there's nothing worse than having your tastebuds set for something specific and not getting what you want. I called Fox's to complain, and the guy who I spoke with was very apologetic and offered me a free pizza for my next order, which I was able to use the following weekend! I was pleased with their customer service, so my family and I will continue to order their pizza on Friday!

I never post reviews but today my ordering experience has been that bad. Today I ordered a pizza, my first question was how many pieces in a extra large, her response was 16. Which is a little too much than what I wanted, my next question was how many in a large her response was 14 which seemed odd but was a little over than what I thought I needed. I ordered the large with half pepperoni. Then asked for wings, she said would I like them breaded I said no. She never gave me a total asked me how much I wanted to tip driver I said 4 and then said that's it. It arrives and wasn't asked to sign anything, opened the pizza which looked way smaller than a 14 cut, which it was oddly cut with several small slices with 2 normal sized cuts still only equaling to 11 which I'm not sure how that happens. The most cuts this pizza should of been was ten and with normal cuts 8. Then I opened the wings which were breaded boneless wings. I don't know how someone can be so uneducated about their job working the delivery service but I can assure you I'll never order here again. Thanks, my suggestion would be hire more reliable staff that has the best interest in your business.
