World of Disney®

Store was super nice, had a good amount of stuff. I went today with my family and had my heart set on some Little Mermaid gear. Walked out with nothing and felt a little disappointed. On a better note, from what my family said, the cashiers were super nice and all of the things my brothers picked out were good quality! Little on the expensive side but I expected that because it's a Disney store.

*I wish they would've had more Little Mermaid things. They only had stuff in the little girl section.*

World of Disney is an enormous store overflowing with toys, home decor, clothing, Starbucks & Disney collab exclusives, and collectibles. Although expensive, a lot of the merch would make great souvenirs or gifts! 

To avoid the long checkout lines, I found a Mobile Checkout kiosk, where I met an incredibly friendly cashier. He happily showed me the app to download, let me scan and pay, confirmed my receipt and said farewell! Such a quick and convenient service :)

We of course had to stop at the World of Disney store for our little, while visiting Disney Spring! The selections were endless; our son didn't know where to start and what to choose.

Tip: there are 2 separate stores (right next to each other) with the exact same items, one store is much busier than the other.

The lines can be pretty long so if you have the Disney app, you can use that for check out!

This store is both insanity and Disney heaven. I have been here many, many times in pre-Disney Springs times and it never failed to disappoint then, with every cool and wonderful gadget and toy one could imagine from so many aspects of Disney's films. Now is it even bigger and better?

If I was alone, I could dork out perusing every inch of this store, but I came here recently during my first trip to Disney Springs to show my kids the magic- and I felt so overwhelmed. I immediately saw like 3 million things I wanted for myself, fun designs and vintage-looking products and hip designs calling me, but I just had to keep going, dragged my children, who were pretty disgusted that this is 'just a place where people buy things' LOL! We tried on hats in the wonderful and ridiculous hat section, oohed and aahed over stitch products (their favorite character right now), and I pointed out the different visual elements of the store that were so cool. I managed to leave here without misplacing my children or buying anything. It will be a long time before I would bring them to any store with toys again, at this age, it's just too much.

But this store is pretty amazing.

Well this is pretty much the mother of all Disney stores (and it happens to dwarf even the big ones at Magic Kingdom and Epcot) ... the sheer scope of this place is overwhelming, especially when it gets inevitably busy during peak hours. When it's packed, it's to the gills.

Now if you'er looking for a big place with a huge amount of diverse inventory to buy stuff ... this is the place to go. You might not get obviously some of the bespoke stuff that you'd find in smaller/boutique stores around the parks but in terms of "holy shit I need to just buy a lot of stuff before I go" ... this is the place to go.

I will say again, IT GETS CROWDED HERE! If you don't like crushing crowds on a Saturday night, stay away or just go during non-peak hours.

If you love Disney and all that it is you have to stop in the store. So many items for your collections! I went wild looking for all the collector items just to have memories and they have all the new theme items too!

The store is huge and it was packed during the weekend.
So we came back during the weekday and I was able to shop around.
They had so many items to look at.
Staff were friendly.
Inside was organized.

Huuuuuuuge Disney Store at Disney Springs!

Disney Springs is the Downtown Disney of Walt Disney World. The World of Disney Store is pretty freakin big. They have a ton of things! Pretty much anything Disney you can think of. However... It was raining cats and dogs on the day that we went, and we searched the whole store for an umbrella. We couldn't find any umbrellas! A little disappointed about that. But we found other cute things. They did have the raincoat things that you wear to keep dry. Those always make me sweat so bad.

I bought a Walt Disney World sweatshirt (black and white zip hoodie) to keep warm and dry, a green t-shirt, and Maleficent horns. I love what I bought! Everything fit and was super cute. My friend bought a couple things too while we were there.

This was such an awesome store! So big and just wonderfully organized in to easy to shop sections. It was quite busy in the store when we were there. The prices were the same as in the pairs. I did find a super fun Halloween sweatshirt that I didn't see anywhere else! It's so soft and honestly was one of the better deals I seen on clothing.

Check out seemed intimidating but honestly if it wasn't for the 10 people waiting to check out customers the line would've taken forever. So I am grateful for the amount of cashiers. I will definitely make this a stop for my family the next time we are able to make it back to Disney World.

Gotta love this store! So many great toys and fun things. I absolutely love it. The only problem - we noticed they charge more than the actual price tag. Just saw it when back at the hotel, so check the receipt before you leave the cash register.
