Overall really nice facilities. The pool area and hot tub area could really use a good cleaning or renew though, multiple areas of what appeared to be mold/ mildew around the ledges and stairs give you the sense that it'a not maintained.

Me and my husband loved this place but after pandemic they just decided they gonna charge our credit card with let us know. When I called and ask he goes didn't you hear in the News gyms are opening ?? So news is gonna let me know that I will be charged not you ?? Next day lady called me back about my charge but had no idea who is she calling and she was laughing like it was a joke. Unprofessional and charging people's credit cards without their permission.

Horrible service. They misled me and they have multiple people behind the counter and they have no idea how to answer my questions. The manager Michael was very rude and very aggressive toward me and my wife.

This review is solely for the swimming program. I enrolled my 10 month old son in swim lessons at World Gym. The first class was cancelled, but no one in the class was notified til we got to the gym. Another time class was cancelled because someone the night before pooped in the pool and again we were not notified til we arrived at the gym. The following week the instructor noticed that there was still poop on the floor of the pool after all of the adults and children were already in the pool. This is completely unacceptable. The woman who runs the swim program is very hard to deal with and doesn't let you get a word in. World Gym offered a credit for one free swim lesson for us being inconvienced which I found laughable. I expected more after my 10 month old son along with my husband were swimming with someone else's feces.

I do have to say that the instructor Aaron was excellent and I would love to work with him in the future just not at World Gym.

This is a GREAT gym if you need one that offers child care that isn't just during peak hours. The hours begin around 8am and go through 9pm, I believe. Perfect for going for a mid-afternoon workout with my preschooler in tow. The babysitters have always been great, and it's included in the price of membership (tipping encouraged). Another plus is that the parking lot has plenty of spots, and it's a one-way driveway, so that cuts down on the anxiety of trying to walk into the gym with little ones.

As for the rest of the gym, it does the trick. Lots of nice equipment, decent class selection. It's fairly pricy, but is on par with other full service gyms (pool, hot tub, classes, child care, etc).

I needed to stop my membership because of some things in life changing, and got no run-around. My year contract was up, and that was it. No need for a certified letter and all that nonsense. I appreciated that.

I've been a member here since 1995 back when they had the tennis courts. Place is great huge weight room with everything you can imagine. Yoga rooms spin rooms many classes that are free with member ship. Now they have a boxing area. Dozens of treadmills and ellipticals. Stair climbers rowing machines . Lockers and showers that are kept clean. I don't even use a lock and never had a issue. My favorite the sauna and the steam room. Lets not forget the pool and hot tub!!!! Free classes with kids on certain nights. Also babysitting available. Huge parking lot also under building parking for those snowy days. Physical therapist office attached . If you can afford it this is the gym to be at...

I have to tell you that I'm 63 with two hip replacements.

This gym is fantastic. The facilities are terrific, with a pool, racquetball courts, great cardio area, weight room, personal training and all of the expected equipment.

Here are some of the unexpected things. It's a gym that makes all feel comfortable. There are the usual gym rats, seniors, teens, ALL are welcome.

It's a gym, not a health club. The snack bar serves beer and wine (and egg sandwiches in the morning!)

The personal training is also great. As I said, I have my own physical limitations, but Maria F. really pushed me and gave me great service.

I would highly recommend to ALL!

Love this gym! Been coming here about a year. Great classes, great instructors, great people. Price is worth the cleanliness and amenities. An all in one gym for people that like a variation of exercising. (i.e. Pilates, yoga, weights, spin, etc).
Front desk is friendly and helpful always. No issues with parking.

This is a great gym. The staff is very nice. There are lots of great classes. Lots of machines and free weights. It also has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. There are several nice racquetball courts as well. It also has a cafe, hair cutting, speed school - definitely come give it a try.
