Amber, Keith, and the rest of the team were very helpful! This hotel is very solid, clean and comfortable, and reasonably priced - with plenty of places to eat close by. (1 adjustment: More/heavier dumbbells in the exercise room would be a nice addition).

This is one of the most disgusting hotel rooms we've stayed in. The shower head is gross and appears never to have been cleaned. The built in Kleenex box had only about 2 or 3 tissues in it. The bench on far side of the room had shiny stuff on it - either snot or from another bodily function. The pillows in the king sz bed had 4 pillows that were square-shaped. The hot water in bathroom sink goes completely cold if you just barely turn on the cold water at the same time.
Also, the glasses near the microwave are dirty - one "may" have been clean, but it's quite obvious the other glass was def not clean, appearing that someone tried to wipe out what may have been milk, and they def did not do a good job. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

The staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel is kept pretty clean and housekeeping comes by often to provide you with what you need. I stayed there with my sister and we felt very safe.

Stayed here the night before a big exam, and it was a perfect choice. The hotel felt safe and quiet. The room was clean and well air conditioned. The only thing I would've liked is more attentive staff at front desk -- both times I went I had to wait like 5 minutes to realize I was there, and one time no one showed up. I would overall definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was decent. Good location, clean. Staff was nice. However, seemed that it was put together too quick as doors didn't close right, bathroom seemed outdated, etc.

Our major gripe is that we were advised our reservation ended a day earlier than the reservation we made. However, they charged for the additional day anyway. Very disappointing after driving 1,000 miles, but the worse part is that after repeated calls, they have yet to refund the erroneous charge. I can't even get a call back because they are "too busy".

Very disappointing to say the least. Many other places to stay in Peoria, so avoid this one unless you enjoy lousy customer service.

I know I'm going to love any place with cookies at the check-in desk. Yep, I'm that easy. However, I realize that others may have more exacting standards, so I will continue my review.

I was very impressed with our room - it was perhaps one of the larger "rooms intended for two people" in which I've ever stayed. We even had a little seating area - and this was just a standard (aka "cheapest available") room! Nice. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean (Neutrogena brand bath products - yes, I took them home with me). That's about all you can ask for, yes?

Well, on top of all that, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. We were part of a large group staying for a wedding, and they arranged multiple shuttles to get us to and from the vineyard where the nuptials were set to occur. They also helped me track down some forgotten toiletry items last-minute (keeping me from launching into "I'm going to be late to the wedding and FREAK OUT!" mode).

Should you be staying longer (or if you have more get-up-and-go than Boyfriend and I did post-wedding), there is a pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a business center.

We were looking for a nice place to stay in Peoria that was reasonably priced and close to a lot of locations. Wingate got our business because of their prices via their website. It's location was also nice since it is right out by Grand Prarie and not far from Route 6/the interstate.

Check-in was painless and swift. The hotel staff were polite, quick, and efficient. Our room was very nice - two queen beds. The nice perk is it had a microwave and a fridge but you didn't pay out the ear to get "the suite." There was also a pool and a 24-hr fitness center with decent equipment.

After a few bad experiences, you start to notice the hotel's cleanliness. The room was very clean and looked like no one had stayed into it. Similarly, the bathroom was spotless. It was also stocked with extra towels and pillows. The beds were comfortable - the PILLOWS were amazing!

Now the downsides that knock it from 4.5 to 3. The biggest one -the walls were paper thin. At first I thought the screaming kid was exceptionally loud, but that wasn't the case. You could hear the people next door coughing, talking, tv noise. You could also hear footsteps from above. We had a long trip and I woke up because of the noise from next door at 7:30am. I was NOT happy at all.

The next thing is that the drapes don't close all the way. You only get that paper sheer layer over the whole window. I don't like that because it's not very private and if you were facing the parking lot, people could see in. Next, the room gets VERY light at 6 in the morning. That was very frustrating. [If you are a light sleeper, definitely invest in a sleeping mask]

Our way out was just as easy coming in. Overall, it was a good stay. A nice, clean hotel with friendly service... but there is definitely better out there.

Terrible. The front staff is rude and disorganized. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, stay away from this one.

Great service, friendly staff, and room was perfectly clean! Breakfast in the morning for free and their evening snack was burgers! So delicious. Will be staying here again in the future.
