This Wild Wings always has cold fresh draft. The owner has his draft lines flushed and taps cleaned on a regular basis. My son have been going there weekly since day one. We rarely had a problem and if so has handled quickly and efficiently.
I have read some of the negative reviews and I would suggest another try as I believe this is one of the best in the chain. I have visited around seven other locations which provided okay results but always stick with home base.
Twelve years of great wings and cold beer that will continue on. The fries have their in-house salt added so make sure you you mention no salt if that is your desire. With several types of wings to order , I prefer breaded mild bbq, but there are almost 100 tastes/toppings to discover.
Give them a try, ask for Judi as she has always been an extremely knowledgeable and pleasant waitress.

My boyfriend and I went to Wild Wing for Valentines Day this year, as this was the first place we ever ate in Waterloo and wanted to return. The food overall was great! The service was excellent, too. The only thing about this experience was that I had super hard plastic or glass in my water, BUT, the server we had absolutely made up for this by giving us an incredible discount, and being super apologetic about the entire thing. As a server myself I understand things happen, and was super pleased with the way the staff reacted to this, immediately, after it happened. The food overall was good - would totally recommend this place.

Food:
Amazing wings, the breading wings I had we pretty good and had a great marinade. The friend wings with a mild sauce was terrific.
Customer service:
The waitress was super kind and very personable. We had great banter and she seemed to really enjoy her job.
Overall:
I have sung the praises of this place and their food to my friends for weeks. Until I return, this will be the best wing place I have ever been to.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Vincent P.Calgary, Canada312571054Dec 2, 2012First to Review
Wild Wing in Waterloo has the best chicken wing special on Wednesday nights... All you can eat wings!
That's right: for those of us who eat our wings by the pound, Wild Wing on Wednesdays provide the best value on chicken wings out there. With over 100 flavours of chicken wings to tempt your taste buds, there's sure to be a flavour that fits your fancy. The service isn't always fast (it gets pretty busy, especially when it's all you can eat wings time) but they do their best to keep up the good work!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chris H.Stratford, Canada252Aug 14, 2018
Came for wings - told its half price wing night. Except if you order and can't finish you can't take your left overs home maybe if you have like 3 left from a single but not if I order a double and want to take say 5 home.

I went to this wild wings location today with my friends and we were being served by a girl. When she came by to take our order, I asked her if adding pickles to my burger would lead to an added charge. She proceeded to berate us by asking us to "OK, listen" and asked if we have ever been to a real restaurant, and implied that we are only used to going to fast food establishments like Burger King. My friends and I felt so taken aback at this unprofessionalism that we could not even stomach our food. I think it's safe to say that I will not be returning to this location.

The lady serving us was nice , however the rest of the experience was mediocre at best. Our pop was flat (was offered a can instead which suggests they were already aware of an issue and didn't bother to mention it). The wings were overly salty and not very warm , neither were the fries which were undercooked and lukewarm. I told the server I did not enjoy the food , and was not offered any solution whatsoever to make the experience better. So I paid $20 for a can of Pepsi I didn't want , and half a plate of wings and fries that seemed like they were reheated at half power in an old microwave.

One of the worst interactions I've had at a restaurant. I ordered pick up, got home just realize that I was given the wrong order. When I called to tell them that I was not given an apology but was told to drive back and get my food which I did. When I finally got there I saw the other family who's order initially had they were given a discount but I was not. I'll never go back to this place it's terrible

We went for an evening of dining at wild wings on a Monday around 7 PM and three of my friends and I ordered a basket of wings with fries. This took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive on the table and when it arrived the wings were cold. I have to confess that the food was overpriced the service was awful. Will not be returning.
