Tony was very nice and explained everything before he began. He did a very thorough job. You could see the difference as he was working through each room. He was able to come the day after I called to inquire about the whole house cleaning deal. His prices were reasonable as well.

Tony is the best for carpet cleaning in Rochester. I've had so many stains on my carpet that he managed to get rid of. I've been asking him to come for years, and I was never disappointed. Super fast and efficient, and pet friendly!

Tony did a magnificent job! I never thought anyone could get ours stairs (leading to the second level) clean! The carpet looks brand-new! He also did a fantastic job on the carpet in our family room. We will definitely call him back to do the remaining room!

It took two weeks for this guy to get to my house. I bought a Groupon for two rooms and hallway. When he arrived he told me he needed to charge me an additional 20 per room to "sanitize" the carpet and make it seem as if the carpets would not really be clean unless I paid him that. He kept trying to get more money...I told him I did not have a hallway carpet which was to be included and would he do a tiny bedroom carpet instead and I would pay the difference. He said he wanted 50 for the tiny carpet...I already had pd 75...so essentially this guy wanted an additional 110! I sent him away. When I asked for a refund on groupon, the guy had already market it as REDEEMED. Buyer beware!
