Whole Healing with Homeopathy

Anamika recently helped my senior friend, Jim, get through an awful allergic reaction he had to antibiotic and steroid treatments prescribed to him post eye surgery. Jim's face was red and swollen to the point where you could hardly see his eyes, and his arms and hands were red and swollen twice the normal size. He also had a large rash on his backside and from his chest down to his tummy area. I heartily recommend trying out homeopathy if you are on the fence about it. If you have decided to try homeopathy but are not sure which therapist to go with then I heartily recommend Anamika! She always acts with integrity and puts the patient's welfare and interests first. For example, she would be the first to suggest that you don't need a re-appointment for the foreseeable future in order to let your remedy act, while other therapists may be inclined to keep you coming in for visits with no end in sight. She is very insightful, has a great memory and takes copious notes, so you don't need to repeat the same information each session and can focus instead on making progress.

I had never tried homeopathy even though I come from a holistic health background. After hearing about Anamika from a friend, I decided it couldn't hurt to see if she could help with my recent endocrine system issues. Not knowing what to expect I made my first appointment for the following day. The session lasted 90 minutes and felt more like therapy (in a good way). She asked me about my life from childhood to present - health, emotions, communication, nutrition, everything! She then selected and dropped a remedy of three pellets in my mouth and told me to stay away from mint, coffee and caffeine. After that, all I can say is MAGIC; if I didn't feel it for myself I would not believe it.

More than a couple years later, and still healthy!

A few months ago, I had a one-day relapse where I experienced headaches, dizziness, exhaustion, nausea, stomach pain and body tremors for one evening after drinking one miserly cup of coffee. By the next day, all my symptoms were gone, as if my body had said, "No. Damn. Coffee." Needless to say, I haven't had a cup again.

I've found that paying attention to these sudden spikes in nasty symptoms (having a stomachache, or constipation, or the beginnings of a headache, or feeling a bit exhausted) and addressing these symptoms by immediately going for a neighborhood walk or switching to a vegetable-based diet for a few days is the best way to keep consistently healthy and have symptoms quickly vanish. It's worked very well for me, to the point where healthy people around me now have way more illnesses and headaches and digestive issues than I ever do. Oh, the irony.

Anamika is a highly-skilled homeopath who finds the right homeopathic remedy to bring about true healing. I've worked with her on several occasions and each time the remedy she prescribed led to a profound shift, an increased sense of vitality and well-being and a disappearance of the symptoms I came to her with.
