Excluding Dr.Botner herself, the staff here are unbelievably rude. Would highly not recommend this Eye Center. Our Family has had several appointments as well as adjustments to our glasses and every time had the most horrendous service. The attitudes, facial expressions and unnecessary rudeness made us cringe to return to their clinic each time. The feeling was as if we were a complete inconvenience when we asked for the most simple task (such as adjusting an eye glass frame that we had purchased there.). Terrible customer service!

I got in last minute to Dr. Michelle Botner. She has a calming and pleasant demeanor. I haven't been to an eye doctor in over 7 years. She was professional and explained all the procedures. It was way more in-depth than I recall other examines. I ordered glasses and they said they will be in by a week! Excellent service!

Worried that something might be wrong with my eye, I looked up local optometrists and am so lucky and happy to have found the Whitefish Eye Center. I walked in and explained my problem, and the very nice women at the front desk said they would try to get me in to see Doctor Kurt Blades as soon as they could. Dr. Blades was able to see me within 20 minutes, and did a comprehensive eye exam. He was able to determine that I had a PVD (Posterior Vitreous Detachment) and a small hemorrhage. He then recommended I see an Ophthalmologist to corroborate his findings. He called a local office himself and was able to get me an appointment the following afternoon. I am grateful for the prompt care and quality service provided by this office, and was very lucky to have found them.
