Let me start by saying this place is amazing. The clothes are great quality and stylish. I needed an outfit for a new job orientation, I went to pretty much every store in the outlets. I wasn't having much luck, then I came here. I was greeted by Jennifer who is probably the nicest woman I've ever met. She was the only employee working, but she still took the time to help me find the perfect outfit & right size! She was so helpful and so sweet. It's about a month later now, I called to ask about the return policy- she answered and even on the phone her kindness shined through. I appreciate her help and I love the store!

Those that have been to "the shoppes at susquehanna", have likely paid a visit to the boutique version of this store. I love the selections, and the amazing service, but the prices are out there.

That's where this outlet store comes into play...The same out fit I was drooling over 3 months ago for $275.00 at the boutique, cost me $55.00 at the outlet.

Not all items are super trendy at the outlet store, but the service is good, and for the talented fashionista, it shouldn't be too difficult to throw a cute outfit together.

White House Black Market to me used to mean spending some big bucks for clothing I'll maybe wear once. I used to always go for dresses to wear at an event. Now, I feel they've branched out with more casual wear which means getting more wear PLUS with the outlet store and no tax on clothing in PA; some really great deals. The store is clean and organized and there are plenty of sale racks sorted by size so its easy to shop. They often offer an additional discount off of already reduced merchandise so that makes the prices even better. The other day I came in looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. I found the perfect dress for 17.99!!! And I also found a pair of shorts for $5. Can't beat that!!! Join their e mail/rewards list to get offers in your inbox.

I love this outlet...best WHBM outlet I have ever been to! The staff is great and the selection is always plentiful. I plan a visit to the outlet every time I come home to visit my parents!

I love the clothes here! They always have a great selection. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that when you take a few things to a dressing room, the staff finds you other clothes that you might like, based on the things you've already picked. Last year they were sooo helpful to me after my weight change. This year I went back (I live 3 hrs away, so I don't get there often) and found a TON of amazing deals and beautiful work clothes!

I love WHBM! This particular store is an outlet so they offer a wide selection of clothing, especially dresses and tops for all occasions at reasonable prices. Most of the sales staff is very attentive, courteous, and helpful.
