White Castle

10 minutes a car, any time off the day. Since covid this is the only restaurant that still hasn't figured out efficiency. Seriously White castle get your stuff together. Food is always great but who has 45 minutes to sit in a drive through.

You know what you're getting here. It's not going to be healthy, but if you're looking for a delicious cheat day, you're in luck.

25 minutes in the drive through and they get our order wrong.

Spent $27.01 on sliders, etc. and ended up short 4 cheese burgers which we didn't discover until we got home.

What's really bad is this is the second time!!

I'm done with White Castle ... at least at this location.

I have been there 7-8 times in a month, and this place never has milkshake or smoothie, they should take it off the menu. Also every order has been either cold, Luke warm, just nasty! Dining room tables are dirty, they don't wipe down soda machine! Will not be back

Solid five stars. I remember being a kid eating the frozen white castle burgers that we got from H-E-B or Kroger and I always said if I ever got a chance to try these I would. I'm glad I tried them because there was quite a few options on DoorDash when I was in Indiana and something told me to just give White Castle a try.

Food: everything came piping hot and was so fresh. These little mini burgers with cheese and onions hit the spot. After a long day of walking at a conference in Kentucky I was ready for a good meal to relax and just chill at my hotel. This meal hit the spot. The cheese fries were absolutely amazing. Again the burgers were tasty. Every single bite was amazing. They were cooked to perfection and very fresh. The bread was so good and tasty as well. Hell even the drinks were really good. A lot of times you get a soda from a fast food place and the drinks are flat. Not here. The drinks were full of fizz. Just like you like it for all the carbonated drinking fools. I will definitely go back. Oh the dessert was good as well. Five star all day long. The desert was like a piece of cheesecake dipped in chocolate. Wow I probably could've ate 10 of those little things. I will definitely be back next time I'm in your area. Great job guys

Ordered two cheese burgers with extra cheese got none! And charged for them. Very rude interaction.

didn't expect that I would ever go back but I did the very next day because I received a free combo meal on the White Castle app. I went in the afternoon like they suggested but different people were there than the day before which is to be expected in fast food service. I placed my order on the app, it was free and I went inside to pick it up six minutes later which is when the app said to expect the order to be ready. Nope!!! At six minutes I went in, 2 people ahead of me. Waited 10 minutes after I was inside the restaurant so now its been 16 minutes since I placed the order. I told them I placed an online App order. They went to check and never came back. At least for another 10 mins. And I was the only 1 waiting, others were complaining too by now. So now its been 26 minutes since I placed the order. Right at about 30 minutes since placing the order mine came out. Of course I checked it and guess what? Yep you guessed it, was incorrect AGAIN!! At this point I told them it wasn't correct and asked for a utensil and some ketchup packets and I scraped off the onions and pickles, squeezed the ketchup packets ontothem, wrapped them up, shoved them in the bag and headed home. I was so frazzled by all that had transpired I didn't even notice that my fries didnt have the cheese on them I ordered. Guess what?? Hell no Im not going back ever again! At this point I have lost almost 2 days for something that originally cost me less than $4 because the combo meal on the 2nd day was free. $4 was most definitely not worth the time I invested/lost (that I will never get back) just to get my order right... I WILL NOT BE BACK!

For a very brief time in my life I remember living in Indiana who's very great maybe a year but I remember being my buddies before we had cars we walk up and down Spring Street and we would hang out this white castles a lot and kind of just kick it with few cheap hamburgers and just kind of walk around being a teenager so it brings back fond memories. Fast forward to 20 years later I'm at school that are US get my degree and I would stop in this white castle little bit of styles a little reminiscent hit up sucked in cheeseburgers relive those memories

I'm definitely a White Castle fan. I do believe, however, their burgers used to be better. Back in the day when the burgers were quickly and neatly sacked in the white paper bag. But I've never lost my love for White Castle.

When I would drive back to GA from IN I would "always", without fail, stop at the last location in KY to get my final fix because Krystal's in GA can't compete and the frozen White Castle sold at grocery chains isn't worth it.

This is the only New Albany location, so I frequent this location often alone with the one in Jeffersonville. And of course I hit the ones in Louisville too. Nine times out of ten my burgers, fries (preferably the sweet potatoe fries when in season), and perfectly golden brown onion rings always satisfies my well-anticipated craving. And I don't know what they do to their Big Red, but it always taste especially good.

Have been, currently am, and will always be a White Castle fan!

I live very close to this one and they have always been a good one; always pretty friendly and fast service. They recently tore down the old building and put up a new one. I have no idea why, as the old one looked fine to me. The new one is shiny and has a bigger kitchen area for the staff, but they sacrificed seating and the dining room is smaller.

I ate lunch here a week ago and they were packed, inside and in the drive-thru. The staff was nice and the wait short. The dining room could've been attended to a tad better, but it was the lunch rush. They added a Coke Freestyle machine and they were smart enough to keep Big Red. I can't have White Castle's without a Big Red. Love the all day breakfast and the waffle breakfast sandwiches.
