Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours

Mistakenly drove to Melville St location (as listed here as well). Late arrival to poorly signed location only to be greeted by rude staff who refused refund and informed us that they're not responsible because we booked through a third party. I would avoid at all costs.

We just had our tour and it was fun. I have been on a similar boat in Australia and I found this experience to be less thrilling. This is a great adventure for someone who is a bit older or with a younger child.

Also, I would have loved to hear about the history of the area more and not just the date that things were built.

AN ABSOLUTE BLAST AND MUST DO.....

The family and I have been in Canada for a week. We spent a day and half in Toronto. Another day spent at Canada's Wonderland in Vaughn; and the remainder of the week in Niagara.

Whirlpool Jet Bot Tours is so much more fun than we anticipated. I have to say it was a highlight of the vacation if not the best part.

Very nice service, people, facilities, safe, and really super fun.

The best thing to do on a hot summer day. It was so refreshing and exciting. My son was smiling from ear to ear.

I definitely recommend this for tourist fun, especially for the kids.

If I could give this 25 stars I would!!! The entire process from start to finish was flawless. Pre- boarding procedure was quick, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Parking is on site and very easy!! The staff was on top of their game. A reservation here means you ride on time!

The one hour+ ride itself is A M A Z I N G! Hudson was our interpreter and kept us informed, entertained, and took care of us like family. We went on a 95 degree day and the water from the Niagara River drenched us time and time again with refreshing waves! Fair warning. You WILL get drenched. Go in expecting that - hang on - and enjoy. I cannot wait to return. Best value for your buck in and around Niagara Falls for sure!!! Do it!!!!

The open boat is a fantastic trip. Staff was fantastic, fun and professional. Our guide was Erin and our captain was Paul, both were amazing. Would definitely go again.

This is by far a must do when you go to Niagara. Great people and a great ride too. You learn some history on your way to the rapids and then once you are in the rapids it's all about getting wet. Drenched more like it. I loved the enthusiasm of the employees as well. You must go!! And you will get wet. This isn't for the faint of heart either, so if you are scared of water or rapids or jet boat, then it ain't for you. They do provide rain jackets, water shoes, and also a long sleeve shirt if you want. Oh, and of course a life jacket.

Love these guys!!!! Costomer service is the best every person works there talks to you like they're your friend!!! Would definitely recommend it to everyone to go and see how epic it is!!!!! I went to their niagara location and it was the beat experience! Go try them for sureoh also make sure you put all your stuff in the locker since i took my phone and when i came out it was all went feels more like you took ashower :)))

I organized a group of 30 people for a Whirlpool Jet Boat tour. I worked with the group sales coordinator and he was able to make last minute addition to my group reservation.

I sat front row on the boat and it was an amazing and "wet" experience. I used the term "wet", loosely, I was drenched! We went through several class 5 rapids and did a pit stop at the class 6 rapids but we did not go through them.

Everyone in the group the jet boat experience. We bought the group video and photo when you are all decked out in your jet boat gear.

I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to try something different in the Niagara Falls area. It was a lot of fun to take a group of people out, it made for a memorable experience for our out-of-towners.

Our Captain took us down the Niagara river and close enough to the falls that we could feel the pressure. He did cool tricks with the boat and quite a few donuts.

Word of advice - go on a really hot day. Cause when the water hits yaa... IT FEELS GREAT.

There's no escaping getting wet on this tour, especially if you sit in the first three rows.

All in all, it was an awesome tour and I'd recommend it. The only thing I didn't love was the price point. For $68 (after tax) we only got splashed 5-8 times, and then the rest was just smooth sailing.
