I have to say that this revue is for my whole "pretzel" experience at this Wetzels' location.
First, I visit this mall a good bit. I love the location, the outdoor setting and the beautiful outdoor seating at the food court.
I enjoy pretzels and Wetzels' is becoming a stop every time I visit this mall.
I've been here many, many times and every time the employees greet me with a smile, get things done quickly and correctly, and I'm out the door with a warm yummy pretzel.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Abdullah A.Los Angeles, CA733840Aug 13, 2014
The sales in this location is bad. She said I don't like what I'm doing. She is working right now on orders that no one waiting for. I am waiting for my order and she didn't work on mine yet. She is rude. My daughter crying and she said comeback after 15 mins!!!!!

How can you not love Wetzel's Pretzels?
This location is inside the mall, just next to the upstairs food court.
Must try any preztel dipped in the cheese.
Not a perfect 5 because they had to bake our wetzel dog from scratch and took 10 minutes to make.
That won't stop me from coming back on a regular occassion.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Allen A.Los Angeles, CA4196Feb 1, 2014
Loves me some pretzels! Its a Wetzels so the pretzels are of course, good.
What sets it apart is the phenomenal service at this location. Im a regular at this location since Its near work and this place works like a well oiled machine! Ive come upon huge lines expecting to wait a long time but the employees get everyones orders and their food in record time. I mean they are fast!
If there are ever any issues with your food they just replace it without hesitation. No problem! So far this is the best location for my pretzel fix and its 100% due to the customer service!
Bad ass pretzels....Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tyler B.Lexington, KY133Jul 30, 2014

I would give negative if I could. I found a hair in my pretzel here. Got a punch card for a free item. Then they tried to give me a pretzel.....the same type I had ordered. So I asked for pretzel bites that were not made at the store (better chance of not eating hair) I don't know what I expected this place is run by zit faced college rejects. Honestly there are some bums close to this location just ask to eat one of their dirty shirts and you will have the same culinary experience.

As I said before in my tip, this location does not have food ready to order. I understand during in between meal times but during lunch and dinner rush? One server said that because it's slow, nothing is made except pretzels (1-2).
The second time I came I had to insist they make it (server: we dont have dog bites right now...me: well, can you make some?...server: it will take 15-20 min. me: ok, can you make it, then? how about cina-bites? server: we dont have any. me: yes, I see that...can you make it? server: it will take 15-20 min...me: yes, please make it.)
Heads up store manager: While I was waiting, your store turned away 5 people in total because they didn't want to wait 20 min for food to be made. Also, while waiting for my order only one of the girls was rolling dough while the other chats away with a guy ...in front of me. I will say during her 20 min chat, she opened the oven and dipped pretzels which took 3 min total and also handed my order with a "thank you for waiting" while the poor other girl rolled away by herself. As I close this review, they have only a pizza pretzel, jalapeño pizza, and 2 plain pretzels ready for customers. Food quality-wise: It was yummy...thank god.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dayana M.Los Angeles, CA4114Jun 17, 2015
Wow where do I begin?! First of all I ordered a jalapeño pretzel with no cheese and no butter due to allergies and the cashier rudely responds 'You need cheese to stick the jalapeños.' I have gone to several other locations where they have no problem doing it like that and charging me regular price. This cashier charges me a pretzel and jalapeños separately! I didn't want to argue so I just paid. I really hope the staff changes because they are insanely rude.

I've been to this place 3 times within so many weeks and it's always the same thing....like today, I walk in around 1:30pm.....there's 2 people in front of me and they are being helped by the only person working there (it's a weekday, so I guess they schedule lite because maybe they're not making money on their $10 lemonade)....anyway, when i step up to the counter, the worker doesn't say anything....she just goes back to the oven and deals with taking some pigs in a blanket thing out and messing with the gooey cheese and chili peppers that wouldn't stay on top.....i thought i'd just stand there to see if i would be acknowledged, nothing.....then i kinda rattle my bags thinking (i hope) that perhaps she didn't know i was there and to give her the benefit of the doubt....she still kept messing with the cheese and finally i asked if she was the only one there...."yes!"....STILL nothing, so i asked if it was going to take much longer and then she said it'd be a minute.....when it turned into a couple of minutes, i walked out.....will this place miss my $12 every time i visit the mall?....probably not, but where is the management and a better question is, WHERE IS THE OWNER???....isn't it an "investment" for you?.....yes, i know, this isn't fine dining, but what about some BASIC customer service training (including the non-existent "Thank You" in most places).....again, this has happened in there before......train them to acknowledge the customers or fire them....in this economy, there are a ton of kids looking for jobs....i can see that she needed to get them out of the damn oven so they wouldn't burn, but if they're going to sit in the display case for hours waiting for someone to buy it, couldn't it have easily sat on the counter while she took my order??.....sorry, as i've said before in my posts, i'm not going to beg someone to take my money!!
