This place of business has horrible customer service.
The receptionist is very rude. I ordered a cutout and I never received an email with a tracking number. So I called & The receptionist said she will send me an email just give her an hour. A few hours had gone by so I called back for an update. She tells me "just hold on"! She comes back to the phone and yells the entire number loud and super fast. There was absolutely no reason for this behavior.
Dean, was more friendly then the receptionist. I will never order again from this co if I have to deal with her.

Got shirts made for my kids party and the price was right and they were quick. They helped me with the artwork and found a shirt that fit my budget. Not a company that sells seconds like some others in town.

Outstanding service and help over the last few emails. I live in Oregon and was looking for an affordable, but great quality card board cut out print of my fiance and I for our wedding. The first photo I sent was not great quality, so Olivia worked with me to make sure I sent her the original photo from my cell phone and that it would give a much better quality so our faces would not be blurry. To say that we are happy with our experience with Wet Paint T Shirts in Wilkes-Barre would be an understatement. I dealt with Scott from initial contact to the day of delivery for the Kistler Elementary Fun Day t-shirts, 6th grade t-shirts and pull string bags. The customer service is top notch. He helped us pick a logo for our shirts, worked with us on pricing and helped fix a mistake that *I* made during the process. He did all of this with a smile and never seemed exasperated with my many questions and emails. Our t-shirts were AMAZING. High quality material, beautiful artwork and vibrant colors. All of the kids and teachers complimented this year's fun day t-shirts. We will definitely be using Wet Paint T-Shirts in the future. You should too!

I used Wet Paint Printing + Design for a recent race I was involved with. We gave them some vague ideas of what we wanted for the shirt and they came up with a great design at a very reasonable price. The shirts were a huge hit at the race. Many of the athletes told me it was the nicest quality t shirt they had received at a race in a long time. I would definitely use Wet Paint again or recommend them to a friend.

I ordered a cardboard cutout from LifeSizeCustomCutouts and have to say I love it, a photo of my wife for an upcoming party. The communication and service was outstanding as I changed from one photo to another and they were extremely accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again, great product and service.

Worked with this company to create a promotional cardboard cutout for my business. They worked with me to keep the costs as low as possible and ensure that my product would be the best it could be. I had a great experience with this company, and will definitely work with them again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Total Scam. I ordered a $250.00 product online and it conveniently showed up 2 days past the date of the event. I called to inquire about a refund and was told it was my fault. (?) The owner was unbelievably rude and didn't make any sense. Don't order from them- you'll get ripped off!

Ordered cutouts for a party...Prompt delivery...cutouts easy to work with and looked great!

I reviewed these people about a month ago but for some reason it was filtered.. We needed cutouts in a hurry for an event. The place we had originally ordered them from told us the day before our event that they would not be unavailable. I found these people on the web called them around 2.30 pm and got our cutouts overnignted. They were all very helpful especally Dean. I would reccomend them to anyone.
