I purchased the groupon for $50, the total came to $370 for 2 pair of glasses, one designer frame with lenses, one plastic with plastic lenses. Appointment was on april 18th, won't receive my glasses till april 30 or may 1st.

Dr. Fouladian called me personally and sent me my glasses priority mail the next day. Awesome service.

The only optometrist that my family trusts. Dr. Fouldn is professional and gentle. He's a dad and it shows. He's equally good with kids and adults. He doesn't push products you don't need. The staff is great too. My daughter feels very comfortable here! I highly recommend coming here!!

My experience with the eye doctor's office has been disappointing. After being diagnosed with a condition requiring a hard contact lens, the doctor referred me to an ophthalmologist who doesn't accept insurance and is extremely expensive.

When I called the office to ask why I need to see an ophthalmologist when the doctor was supposed to measure my eyes for the lens, they promised to check with the doctor and get back to me. After three weeks, they still haven't followed up. Each time I call they place me on hold, or giving me false promise again.

The lack of communication and responsiveness from this office is frustrating. It's unacceptable to have to constantly chase down a simple answer just to proceed with the treatment I need. This service is terrible.

I came to this office for an eye exam because they are the highest rated optometrist in my insurance network. I had read some of the mixed reviews about customer service but found that the staff was friendly and professional when I got here. The doctor is very good. He was very thorough, took the time to answer all my questions, and gave me clear direction on how to proceed with the cataract that he found in one of my eyes. He didn't try to sell me on anything but I would have gotten a prescription filled for contacts if he thought they would help me before I have to get surgery. I would recommend coming here to meet with Dr. Fouladian. I like his straight-forward style and good heart. Thank you.

I came here to get new contacts and Dr. Fouladian is very helpful in his suggestions. The front desk is efficient and friendly and I received my contacts via mail soon after my appointment.

Going back to my last review, I went to pick up my contacts (the prescription I was supposed to get in the first place.) I asked for a copy of their fee schedule which no one seemed to have even though there was a lobby full of new patients. I asked for a copy of my bill from my last appointment and they gave me my bill from March. The staff looked confused and tried to play dumb. Sandra finally got there and tried to sweet talk me and told me it would take time to get a refund on the fitting I shouldn't have had to pay for in the first place. I checked before I went there and my insurance had not been charged since this was only a few months after my last appointment and I went there because they gave me the wrong contact lenses prescription. I just got a notice from my new insurance and this doctor billed my insurance on top of me paying a fitting fee for their egregious mistake. I wouldn't have needed to go there again had they given me the right contacts. My prescription has not changed. They are going to get a Better Business Bureau complaint and further action from me since they refused to make this right. When they gave me my contacts, they gave me back a box of correct lenses that I had already had in my possession along with a pile of dented up samples not in a prescription box.

Let's start with I never write review even if I had a bad experience. This is the first time that I write a review due to the fact on how bad customer service was. This organization would rather collect cancellation fees then to take care of their customers that are providing thousand of dollars. Through their insurance company overall bad service!!!!

Dr. Fouladian is very caring , friendly, and professional. Appointments are easy to make. The office's optician Candice and Sandra are really helpful.

Wish I could give zero stars. This situation happened a while ago but I was nervous to post as it was still ongoing and I was just hoping they would sort it out or give me my money back.

They couldn't get my glasses lenses correct and wouldn't refund me. I have a basic prescription and have never had this happen to me before and I have been wearing glasses for 10 years. How does that even happen???????

Anyways, after a year long battle of me begging to get a refund so I can at least take the glasses somewhere else, they finally gave in and refunded me HALF of what I paid. The fact they have a zero refund policy makes me believe they are NOT confident in their work. I can't imagine any other optometrist not refunding a customer after being unable to correctly make a basic lense????

I've gone to this office for eye exams and emergency eye care visits and have always had a pleasant experience. Dr. Fouladian and his staff are exceptional with the level of care and service they provide. They are accommodating, kind, professional and I've received great suggestions for eye care. Dr. Fouladian is honest, patient, knowledgeable and communicates well to put you at ease throughout each step. Highly recommend this place!!
