Westways Insurance Agency

I've had Westways insurance for several years now and they have always been very helpful. Carla, Anthony, and Sorinna were very helpful recently with my renewal and adding my second vehicle. I will continue to work and recommend them!

Westways has been my insurance agency since the 90's. My husband and I have always had great service and care from them. Lately, we had an automobile collision with a careless driver (on a restricted license from an DUI and reckless driving) that lost control of his vehicle and hit us. He almost killed my husband and had hardly any medical coverage. Since he admitted fault his insurance was responsible. We quickly realized we had to increase our coverage due to OTHER drivers with little or no insurance. Sorrina Phearch, at this office helped me figure out what coverage to increase. She also remembered me when I was phoning in needing help, which is nice. They have taken great care to get us help when needed. We have Mercury coverage and have had really good luck with them.

Getting auto insurance through Westways was a great experience! Sorinna did a great job following up with me in regards to insurance quotes. She was very friendly, cordial, and helpful. She presented all my options clearly and gave me the best auto insurance rate that met my needs. If I need car insurance again I will go straight back to Sorinna to ask for help with quotes. Definitely recommend!

We've been using this agency for 30 years. The staff has changed, but the service remains excellent. Had NO problem with a car accident claim - from accident to a check to replace the car was done in a week. I recently shopped for auto insurance on a whim. Nobody came close. And any of you using AAA - you may want to switch. When I went to AAA they quoted us 2x what we're paying currently. When I balked, they dropped the price - which was still higher than Westways/Mercury. 5 stars.

My family has been with Westways Insurance for quite a few years and will say that their service, professionalism and knowledge will keep me here for years to come.
Having all of our vehicles and home covered through them is comforting.

Also as a Realtor I strongly feel confident about referring ALL of my clients to Westways.
