Great experience at Westlake and with Dr. Nunez. I had to have a tooth extracted and was very nervous/hesitant. Dr. Nunez made me feel very comfortable, the extraction and bone graft went smoothly, and I had no issues with the recovery process. Looking back, I am so glad I went through with the procedure and that I chose Westlake and Dr. Nunez to handle it. The rest of the team is professional and courteous as well. Highly recommend this office.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office!

My first time experience was just calling in to get my first appointment, and they blew me away even from this moment. Over the phone the receptionist was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic which is very hard to come across when phoning any medical or dental office. They had an appointment ready for me the same day!

My second experience was actual my going in. There was absolutely no wait time! The office is clean with modern decor, great parking, and smiling friendly staff! They gave me a tour of their office and made my entire first experience amazing. The Doctor was also very friendly and knowledgeable which makes you feel sure that you are in great hands!

My third experience was the day after because I needed fillings. I had told them my insurance coverage was ending, so they were very helpful and gave me an appointment for the day after my first visit. Again, no wait time. The filling procedure was quick and the dental assistant was on point with the suction! I never felt like I was about to choke on my own saliva like at other places.

I highly recommend this office!

I'm so disappointed in Westlake Dentistry. I had been going there for over a year however, the girl in front in charge of insurance, really has no idea what she is doing if you have private insurance. After continuing to tell her certain services were covered (2x's calling the office), she was adamant it did not. She was lazy to call and verify. I literally had to do a three way call with the insurance company. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere for braces. Incompetent staff is a huge downside for good doctors who lose good patients. Our insurance was Federal MetLife. Please if you are teacher or federal employee like border patrol or customs please review your policy before attempting to contact this office.

This dentist overcharges for every service. If you like being overcharged than May be you should visit them. There are many dentists available in Brownsville who provide affordable yet quality care. The rates for this clinic are like they are operating in Beverly Hills. Would never want to go again.

I love this place, I have gotten braces and cosmetic work done and I couldn't of asked for a better result. My new smile has brought me so much confidence and to me confidence is priceless.

I hate going to the dentist but west lake family dentistry made it very enjoyable! They make you feel so comfortable! The whole staff is very friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend!!
