Werner's Hallmark Shop

It has been so long since I have stepped into a Hallmark shop. I heard some have squishmallows so I found the closest one near me. I forgot that they had so many different items that I love to buy.

I walked in immediately and spotted some squishmallow. It was tempting to buy one but I decided to smell some candles and look at the puzzles. My husband and I love doing puzzles together so we grabbed a few. The lady ringing us up was so sweet and she told us she found a cool roll up mat for puzzles on amazon. She even showed us where to get it and the price. It was super helpful because we have cats and dogs and they love trying to get to the pieces. Now we dont have to worry about covering them up. This shop has so many cute options for gifts to give to a friend or family member.

Well, I'd give Kellie more stars if I could. I was in the store buying some wrapping paper. All of a sudden it started pouring. I was parked in the handicap section which is a little aways. They don't have bags for the wrapping paper. I can't run to my car. Well Kellie went in the back and got me an umbrella, I walked to my car,drove it to the curb in front of the store where Kellie met me and gave me my package and I gave her the umbrella. It was pouring hard. She was so kind. I know everyone loves this hallmark! Especially when you have someone like Kellie! Amazing service! And it's very appreciated! Thank you so much!

The owner Sue is great! Can't say enough about great customer service. Will buy all my cards there! Helped me out with my nativity set.
