Food was good but I have a stomachache and fries looked burnt and spoiled. Service was good but slow. One drink machine was out of order and the others bottom door flew open while we were ordering.

dinning room closed
went to drive through to inquire about closed dinning room..manager in parking lot headfirst in a parked car....three employees visible near drive thru window...knocked until one stepped up...
I was rudely informed the dinning room was not open due to staffing.
All of the family needed food and use of restrooms so we drove down the street to McDonalds.
Training and re-training desperately needed. Rude seems to be the norm since COVID ...BUT I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY WHERE SERVICE IS LESS THAN EXPECTED.

Y wouldnt there b trash cans by the drinks & condiments lolol. Service was ok, young man needs better social skills & im minimal btw. . Food was good. Portions decent. Price cool. No receipt for the IRS. location good.

Went to Wendy's today in Smith Grove and I would like to shout out at them y'all done a great job service in drive through was awesome and the food is the best food from any Wendy's ive ever eat in my life.Thank Y'all for y'all's service.

This Wendy's needs some major work. The wait times are long, the staff is always rude when I go through the drive thru, they're almost always out of something, or you get home and your order is wrong. So frustrating.

This Wendy's location has big problems. Long waits, wrong orders and unavailability are common here.

Very rude and racist employees. If I could leave no stars at all I would. First off I'm gonna start by saying this establishment could be doing way better it's not the company it's some of the people that are working for it.
Gonna start off with the unprofessional very rude General Manager Ashley. In management You're suppose to conduct and interview then hire on the spot. Her Managerial Skills is poor. She leaves the store every 20 mins and will be gone for half hour at times. Customers have even witnessed.
Today a family member of mine was terminated on the spot. She's elderly and works 11-8 some days have gone in at 8 am until almost closing. She then told a manager that she needs to work part time because she can't take the pain in her bones from the bone disease she has. Every single day someone calls out or don't show up for work or leave early and haven't been terminated. But the one time my family member leaves early she gets terminated on the spot.
The District Manager Rachel is also very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Her 16 year old son whose a shift leader is also very rude disrespectful lazy and unprofessional. He leaves the store dirty and has happened more than one occasion but no penalties for him because his mom and is the DM. Does not know how to run a shift at all. Leaves the store dirty at night and other people have to come in and make up for it. The food isn't as good as it should be and same goes for the service, if your passing through try to find somewhere else to dine.

I have lived in SmithsGrove all my life. This Wendy's is really in need of food service quality control management and handling training. The staff is friendly and tries to deliver but the fries are always cold, the burgers and chicken sandwiches seem to be pretty made and sitting under a warmer. Packing of the sandwiches on top of the fries is a no no. The fries are never a full order. The beverage machine really needs to be recalibrated for the correct ratios of syrup to co2. Service on slow days is extremely slow.
