Dirty and flies everywhere, slow service inside restaurant long lines 340pm, outside long drive thru lines. 8 employees with zero guidance they just running in circles. Bathroom is worst 4 out of 5 trash cans filled to the top horrible lost my appetite, burger pink in middle.
Zero star. Get help. The public deserves better quality, clean this place up, wendys was one of my favorite place to eat.

Friend invited me to breakfast and we decided to go inside. Needed to use the restroom and what horror the bathroom was. There were paper towels on the sink that had bled. The trash cans were overflowing. All around the toilet was toilet paper and bloody items from people. There was actually feces on the floor. This was in the morning when they first opened that we were there. I went to the manager and let them know and they told me that they were sorry, but it hasn't been able to be cleaned since yesterday. That is absolutely ridiculous and unsanitary. I am waiting to hear back from the corporate office in regards to this I didn't even wanna eat the food because I was afraid how unsanitary it probably was they will not go back to this Wendy's.

I went through the drive-through and I ordered a single hamburger with ketchup, mustard and pickles and no cheese. The woman on the microphone was laughing and said me no cheese and I told her no and she kept snickering and laughing and I ordered a fry and a large diet Coke no ice. She was still laughing and kept asking me. Is there anything else you need and she was laughing she couldn't hear me. So I finally said to her I do need something else but evidently somethings really funny that has your attention well that snapped her right out of it and I told her I wanted salt I was informed that they are out of salt out of pepper out of straws and this is a fast food restaurant and you can't be smart enough I guess to order enough product so I canceled my fries and got something else drove around paid to the chuckling woman at the window who is still chuckling she told me that another employee had done something funny, and she was laughing. Sounds to me if they were doing something funny in the workspace it probably was dangerous, but anyway I paid and went to the second window. Course I checked my order as I always do because I know how it is when they don't get things done right and the woman at the window very lovely lady very nice. She proceeded to hand me a Coke zero with ice and I told her I ordered it without ice and then She changed it and apologized. So I don't know. I am really disheartened with the fast food industry. Where are the managers in these places to take care of this stuff to keep their staff in line to train them not keep them in line I shouldn't say that but to train them appropriately how to wait on customers and to get your orders right? This explains why so many orders are wrong because they're too busy horsing around While they should be working
May 7, 2023Previous reviewWe decided to go here for dinner tonight, and I wanted to try that grilled chicken wrap. We also got two orders of spicy chicken nuggets and a single hamburger. First off the prices are through the roof, which is kind of crazy. The rats was OK. The chicken had kind of a rubbery texture to it like it was processed more than anything else. Other than that the sauce they use the lettuce is nice and crispy was OK. The chicken nuggets were cold I mean beyond cold, which I don't think they were paying attention to how long they were sitting out before they decided to serve them to somebody, and it wasn't gonna go back because they were busier than anything. The burger was a typical burger from here it was OK. I think the gentleman that was working the drive up though taking order needs to get a little bit of help with his friendliness. He was nice and we got to the window but he doesn't sound that way when you're at the speaker. It was very clean around there, so I have to say they did a good job of keeping it up and it looked good

They WILL forget to put things you ordered in the bag - sometimes you get lucky and get things you didn't order. Last time was really bad, I only ordered a caesar salad ($8.19) and I got home to discover they didn't include the dressing. I just threw away the plain lettuce and filed a complaint online. Don't bother filing a complaint online, you will be ignored. All you can do to protect yourself is - do not go. If you do, do not leave the drive-thru window until you have checked your entire order, otherwise you're going to get ripped off.
When they opened it was great for a few weeks, after 3 times in a row I give up. Maybe they will get their act together with a big drop-off in customers.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0

They were out of ketchup....until another customer pushed it and they found one finally. Then the bag wasn't done correctly so it popped out and when told their only response was a shrug!! Food was cold , queso fries cold and congealed

Debbie B.Port Orchard, WA28Jan 8, 2024I had my food delivered and the whole transaction was an exercise in language barrier, apparently. They couldn't follow specific and clear instructions in either talking or writing. The delivery company and person was rude, lazy and made me bend over when I left specific instructions to not do that to me due to a balance problem. We could take bets on who dies first.

When I pulled up to the window I was ignored for a few minutes while they complained about the person who was ahead of me. Then she finally gave me the total and took my card. Then someone else shoved a bag to me and proceeded to give me the total again while the other person still had my card. Neither one of them said hello or greeted me in any way. Both sandwiches were wrong and the fries had so much salt they were inedible and this is coming from someone who likes extra salt. I paid over $20 and ended up with just a drink and a bag full of food that went to the trash.

Noah B.Shepherd, MI03Sep 4, 2023Ok so i just tried their breakfast for the first time and all i have to say is that they need to replace the french fries with those potatoes, like my word its good! But i will say the frosty coffee drink is way tooooo sweet like drinking pure sugar for sure.

I had the worst burger that I have ever had in my life for eight dollars yesterday I got a baconator with cheese and a classic. The classic turned out to be a chicken sandwich that was cold and the baconator had wilted lettuce warm tomato and two pieces of meat that look like you could put them on your shoes very thin very tough and it was 3 inches diameter. For eight dollars it was horrible. The order was not what I wanted and they were laughing and carrying on and having a good time. I think they should close that place down.
