Not bad for fast food.....staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our conversation, which is nice when from out of town.
This location has the make your own soda coke machine......very cool!!! I enjoyed an ice cold cherry diet dr. pepper.
Having not been at Wendy's in forever, it was nice to see some healthy options. I tried their grilled chicken wrap....not bad.
Along with hand cut fries....which could have used more salt. But not bad.....it would have been nice to have mustard or bbq sauce on the side but did not see it.
Inside of the restaurant was clean and next time i will have to try a frosty!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 3, 2018
I've been to a lot of Wendy's, and this location is like most of them, with the new design in place that I think is kind-of blah.
My favorite menu item is the chili, but I've been told that I REALLY don't want to know how it's made. Okay, so I don't want any spoiler alerts before enjoying a Wendy's chili! The salad selection is good. The burgers are always hot, fresh-tasting, and served as you like (I prefer just pickle, tomato, lettuce, and add my own ketchup). I really like that Wendy's decided to change to sea salt on their fries a while back. This makes for a very good carton of fries. The kids meals are adequate for both kids and light eaters, but the beverage size for kids is very small. If you upsize to a larger beverage with a kids meal, be prepared for all kinds of confusion to ensue. And ask any of the waitstaff at the drive-thru of this particular location if they know which beverages are caffeine free, particularly any of the iced teas, they look at you like they wonder what planet you just arrived from. No sweat, just ask for bottled water, fruit juice, or a cup of water.
This Wendy's location is a little hard to access (address on receipt is 551 Susquehanna Blvd., and is on the right before you get to the Laurel Mall. You can see it from Susquehanna Blvd., but then you aren't quite sure where/how to get to it. So just head toward the Mall, and you'll locate it. Be cautious about driving in and out of this location, as drivers sometimes go too fast for the confusing conditions.
The staff at this Wendy's really try to be helpful, but I do think they need some awareness of the kinds of particulars of each food and beverage item, e.g. caffeine, no caffeine, containing seeds/nuts, etc.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Christina T.Hazle Township, PA2291Sep 1, 2019

This is awful! We couldn't understand the workers, they got all our orders wrong, and when we pulled up to the windows none of the workers had masks on or was socially distanced. My experience here was awful!

If there were an option to give a minus, I would. I stopped by last night to get a bite while driving on I81 for a few hours. Prior to placing my order I had to use the ladies room. I was throughly disgusted when one of the employees left WITHOUT washing her hands. She then proceeded to check out her cell phone before going back to deal with customers and food. I had to leave. There was no way on earth I would have eaten anything that came out of that place. Teach basic sanitary please.

Worst service I've ever seen for a Wendy's. Out of things ordered like baked potatoes. Service clearly understaffed and couldnt keep up with fries! Bathrooms dirty. One stall out of tp. Felt like a training Wendy location.

i travel for work so unfortunately I sometimes eat a lot of fast food but this was probably one of best Wendy's trips I've ever had. The staff was friendly and patient. My food was even brought right to my table. No complaints.

Only ever come here around 11 pm the service is a little slow but food is always great . I don't mind waiting a few extra mins for fresh food. Nighttime staff is always pleasant and gets order accurate. Oddly they don't have trash cans in parking lot which explains all the trash flying outside.

When I first began my road trip extravaganza this early rainy Friday morning, I thought nothing of the people nor places I would encounter. I thought only of the seemingly endless trees and road that would lay ahead of me for 7 hours. My mind could've never of began to imagine the wonders I would soon experience. However, I must say, I was absolutely astounded by the near "off the grid", tucked away fast food restaurant off of state route 93. When I first arrived in the well constructed and paved parking lot, I immediately felt a safe and an almost at home sensation. I proceeded to enter the infrastructure while a new and unfamiliar emotion crept up within me. I didn't know it then, but I was feeling completely and total inner serenity. I could feel my physical body and intangible mind begin to align. The physical sensations that ran through me couldn't be contained and I couldn't help but feel the pure essence of the word "happiness". I then continued to begin my wait in line which quickly ended due to the speedy customer service I received. After I gave my order to the beautiful lady who listened to my words with diligence and care, I stepped back to watch for my possible meal to be made as I'm sure many of you do. Yet as I was watching, I noticed something new, something I'd never seen before. I saw an animated, stalwart and truly beautiful dynamic between employees. They seemed to be much more than coworkers, almost family like for they knew the mentality and motion of each and every one of those around them. They were in perfect sync and I've never felt so invigorated or involved in the fast food chain capitalistic industry. It was as if I, myself, was in the middle of a Food Network filming session. The energy was just truly encapsulating. However, my time there had to have ended some time in the near future. I had to leave to continue my journey to a run down and economically failing Midwest town that I would spend my spring break vacation at. I had to say goodbye to my shortly known safe haven. I swear by god himself, I will visit again. I will, I can and I must return to the only home I've ever really known. The only home I've ever really felt.
